How do you get to the other side of the big fan that is spinning?i used all the timeshifts but the fan turns on before..

Time stop! hold lb and press y (usually its pre-set so you can press timestop by pressing lb) and just run through the blades which have stopped

level skip. Is there a level skip cheat if so what is it?

At the level were th laser cannons on the spider thig how do you deshtroy the guns?????????????????????

Use the laser gun shoot at the spiders laser just keep shooting the spiders lasers but find a good place to hide the spider fires rockets at youeach time you blow one of the spiders lasers up

Timeshifting. I was wondering if there is any way you can time..

Sorry there is no way to TimeShift any longer.

What I do is just use it all then hide for a short while and let it recharge.

Cheat. Is there a cheat that makes you be able to stop ..

No, but sometimes when you do combo moves during compressed time it drags it out a little.
