Below is a list of the unlockable mercenary clases, followed by instructions on getting them:
Druid: Need Level 20 Magician and Level 15 Priestess.
Hunter: Need Level 10 Archer.
Minstrel: Need Level 20 Hunter.
Musician: Need Level 20 Paladin and Level 20 Archer.
Paladin: Need Level 10 Magician and Level 10 Fencer.
Seer: Requires level 15 magician and level 20 priestess
Complete the game and save it, then return to the map and select the 'Ruins Of The Dragon Race' dungeon and watch the cutscene. On it's completion, hover the cursor over the area north of the Fortress City Palladium dungeon and return to the world map and Leaf Tower should now appear.
