How should I beat hammerhead in the second fight against him when he has a big gun in his hands?

Throw something at him and he will fire the big gun. Hide behind the steam engine blocks so his rockets hit that and explode. Then quickly zip up to the pipes overhead and find him from up there. Stand over the pipe that is directly above him and take him out. Repeat until dead.
