Every zoo I have, I try to make an excellent exhibit for my Arctic Wolves. Every single time, theres always something wrong and they are never happy. No matter what I do. How can I get them to like there Exhibit? Why can't I get my Arctic Wolves happy?

Lots and lots of the small artic rocks, once you fill up the large ones until they stop liking them go to the small ones and it seems to just increase happiness (had about 40 of them with 4 wolves) went from 0 happiness to full and then cubs within a month
Animals don't like too many people crowding their exhibits either. So make sure your paths are at least 3 squares away from the exhibit. I usually build a 4 square line at the exhibit, with a double path leading to it (make the double path 3 or 4 squares long if possible) and my triple path at least 3 or 4 squares away, so viewing the animals can still be done, and the animals don't feel as uncomfortable.
