Doing the nuetral route,after the undyne fight in hotland I didn't give unyne water how do I get the true ending now?

You can't get the good ending now, you will have to restart and when you get to the point, give udyne water.
You can't, I believe you have to do all the required "things" to do so, and you have to do the passive route to get the true ending.
