I have tried to use the cheats listed for Ghost Recon, but was unable to make them work. When I am in the game and press the enter key the dialog box dosn't come up. What am I doing wrong?

You use the "Intro" key from the num pad, not Enter from the general keyboard, and if you're using a laptop then you have to hold the Function key then Enter.
