How do I make my sim have twins?

No, it works while she is pregnant. It works for me... You can try the

Bboolprop testingcheatsenabled true = and click on her and do it that way maybe? If that doesn't work I say just let her have the babay and try again before she is full belly. (sims 3rd trimester)

First type boolProp testingCheatsEnabled in, but make sure that you put it in when you are on the neighborhood screen. Then what you should do is when she starts moaning and holding her belly and is about to have the baby go into the options tab (F5) and save the lot by clicking the floppy disk sort of symbol. After you have done that put in forcetwins in the cheat window, but make sure that you only put it in once or it will not work. She should end up having twins, but if she doesn't then you can just go back to the neighborhood, but don't save it when you go back to the neighborhood. If you do get the twins then I recommend saving right after you name them.

This what you do.... You get her pregnant then pull up the cheat box and type in twinzr2cute no matter how many times you type it in it will only work once

Type in 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true'
Without the marks.
1: Left shift on the women wich is not pregnant.
2: click on spawn
3: once you are on spawn, click on the tombstone of L&D
4: Keep clicking on the tombstone untill you see get pregnant with...
5: Choose the person you also want the baby to belong to. If your the only sim on the lot, then click on your own name because that will be the only option.
6: If your someone who isn't patient enough to wait while your sim goes into a few days being pregnant, then click on the tombstone again and click on speed up my pregnancy. If you don't see this option in the first catagory, then click on 'more...'
7: once you did that, have your sim relax and she'll tell you when she is in her maternity leave. The pregancy will go by fast if you chose 'speed up my pregnancy'
8: if you did the cheat instead of actually 'try for baby' with someone. Then you have a bigger chance of having a boy. (At lease that is what it does for me)
If you want more than one baby, while your sim is in her maternity leave, do this step:
Type: Ctrl, shift, C
That will bring up the cheat box. Once you have the C.B up in the window, type in forcetwins or twinzrcute (twinzrcute doesn't work very much) my opinion.
Then just wait for your sim to have the baby/babies.

(no cheat required) I've only been able to do it once, but I just fed my pregnant sim spaghetti that all she could eat all the way through the pregnancy but that only gives you twin boy and girl. Hope this helps (:

All these things are wrong, I have gotten PLENTY of sets of twins through this method, when the woman is actually GIVING birth type in 'Forcetwins', unless the woman was having twins in the first place (doesn't happen very often in my experience) then this will give you a set of twins-good luck!!!
