my sim wont get out of bed evn after canceling the sleep. How can i wake them up?

I can't get my Sims to wake up either. I think the problem is with the double bed. So I don't save a game until I know they are up and around. Then I save. I trade beds often or have them sleep in single beds. Haven't had a problem with a single yet.

hi, i have sims 2 pc and i have the same problem occasionally, i use cheats to help me. if you haven't used cheats before then press CTRL, then SHIFT and then C on your keyboard and the cheat box should show up( do this while playing the game or on buy mode) type in "testingcheatsenabled true" ( without the quotation marks) then type "moveobjects(space) on" again without quotation marks 
, press ENTER on your keyboard, and move your sims hope i helped!!! - Maria

Ok, that happened to me 2! First you type in control-shift-c and type in, moveobjects on, exactly like that but no commas, the go into build mode, click on your sims, move them out of their bed. Then sell your bed and buy a new one. I hope this helped!

Well when I did the Control shift C, then move objects on, build mode and clicked on my sims and dragged them out of bed, they wouldnt move. I could move everyone else, except them. Sims is really messed up!!!
