How do I know if my Sim is pregnant?

Give your Sim a few days. She will keep running to the bathroom and getting sick. Feed her when shes hungry. Then her stomache will start growing. I found it really hard to keep her comfortable during the time it took. When she has the baby it take 3 days to turn to a toddler, but during the time you can take the baby out of the crib you have to supply, and feed and hold and cuddle the baby. Good luck.

After you have tried for a baby, if your Sim is pregnant, two things will happen immediatley. The option "try for baby" will no longer be available (this also happens when the Sim has less than five days before becoming an elder), and about five notes from Brahmin's lullaby are played.

I have beeen playing the Sims 2 from the day it came out so I am experienced. I have tried for babies like loads of times and you have more chance of having a baby if your couple are on platinum aspiration thingy, preferabably both. You SHOULD hear a little music sound thingy which I can't type...like a bit of a lullaby, different to the one when your Sims passes out.

Turn up the speaker cause after woohoo you may hear music after the fireworks, a baby will be on the way if you hear it.

well, yes if you cant click on "try for baby" then she's pregent. it doesnt take long maybe a week or two (in the game).no, the baby is free to move around and it is not in a crib the whole time and you teach it how to walk, talk, and use the potty.

If you go back to the bed, and the option try for baby is gone, that indeed means she is pregnant. The first trimester(first day) her belly is the same size as usual, but the second trimester (2nd day) her belly will grow a little, than the 3rd trimester (3rd day) her belly will grow bigger, but then it takes an additional day to give birth. You can hold the baby, play with it, and bathe it. In fact you have to get it out of the bed to feed and clean it.

Firstly, if you're sim is pregnant, d try for baby option will b gone. A lullaby type of song will b played n you're sims tummy will oso show after some time. D needs of you're sims would go down faster n they would oso wear a certain sort of pregnancy clothing.

To get a Sim pregnant, get two Sims of then opposite gender in a double bed, and click 'Try for baby'. It'll either be just there , or under 'Cuddle'. If she gets pregnant, then you'll hear a small lullaby tune, only 5 or 6 notes. But that means you're pregnant, and soon after, she will get hungry and get sort of cravings for food. After a while, she'll start to stick out a bit, and her tummy will apear swollen.
