Have a huge and powerful fleet around it
I would reccomend star detroyers

Guest answered:

As far as I have checked, and seen for myself.. You can't stop it from being destroyed. After you have destroyed a certain amount of planets it blows up by itself.. It always happens this way for me.

Guest answered:

The REAL reason why it gets blown up out of no where is because of ig-88. The rebels and consortium have their own unique way of blowing up the ds II. The rebels have to win a battle with the ds II while the rogue squad is present and lives at the end. The consortium used ig-88. It costs the consortium 50,000 credits to blow up the ds II and ig-88 will not return. Those are the ONLY ways the ds II can be blown up.

THAT EXPLAINS WHY AFTER I MOVED MY DEATHSTAR TO A PLANET WITH A PROPER FLEET. THE DEATH STAR, THE PLANET, AND MY EXPENSIVE FLEET OF COUNTLESS ISD'S WERE DESTROYED.
Guest answered:

Even if you defend it, IG-88 is the problem. He can move stealthy and hack the Death Star to destroy itself. I did destroy the entire Consortium but their heroes never disappear so you got to move the death star a lot so it's harder to track it.

I read somewhere that the zann consortium can't pass asteroid fields even with corruption abilities and alderaan is now an asteroid field so that MIGHT explain why your DS2 does not get destroyed on alderaan.

well your lucky then, ig88 can get you as long as your over a system, only option is to keep moving, but yeah tht works against the rebellion
Guest answered:

Hi! My problem is in some battles ds II cannot shot to my enemies, do you know why?

Guest answered:

Get rid of the zann consortium the zann consortium can destroy the death star with a defiler it cost 38.000 creadits

Lord Kharaihn answered:

After any battle with the consortium on a world where either, defilers, or IG-88 is present, move the death star away, even if by itself. The sabotage takes about 20 seconds to work. So, move it away before you do anything else. This will keep it safe. As far as the rebels go, concentrate all tie-interceptors, and Boba-Fett, to go after Rogue Squadron and kill it. Once they're out of the way, the rebels can do nothing to it.
