Well if you are using the pc/laptop whatever press the escape button and click on the second one should say reset game after that click that and your done am sure it's the second one anyway. But you definately press the esc button and it's there somewhere

Press escape and click on the load/reset game.then click on the game reset
It will ask you that if you want to start from the beginning you press yes and you will go to the main menu

Or exit the game by pressing ctrl escape but make sure to SAVE IT VERY IMPORTANT
