while playing in free roam i was not able to enter to the car lot or shop to upgrade or buying. even there is no cops i found out the yellow glowing sign and ride on that and hit enter is not working .

when in free roam push ESC then go to options then go to controls then find enter {engage event} on the left hand side then push enter then psh enter again then ESC out of options and try it
