Kill the guy in the booth, who is controlling the gate to the building. After that use the code pad in the left of the door th get access th the building. After getting in close the door using the code pad in the left. After that move forward kill everyone inside. While entering to the section where there are computers and enemies, there is a control pad in just left of the computer, use it to seal off bunker
