There's no cheat code for skipping missions. If you're having problems with one mission, check out walkthroughs, guides, YouTube videos, forums, etc.

To troubleshoot this, try the following:
1. Start the game without mods.
2. Reload a previous game save prior to the mission
3. Repair/reinstall the game
