How do I restart the game from the beginning?

How do I restart my game from level 1? I am on level 60 and haven't played in a long time.

There is no in game function to reset your game. However, FunPlus does provide a service to reset your game. This means that all your progress will be deleted forever.

Please contact FunPlus customer support through the app by clicking on the blue gear icon (Settings Panel) on the right side of your in-game screen and click on 'Help' - this will open the FAQ. Then on the top right, tap the Speech Bubble or the text "Contact us".
