How do make French fries?

I have made the French fries however they are not adding to the gardens as the garden has it's picture of the French fries with ketchup.

1. Tap on your Stove, click the recipe book and then tap on the French Fries.
2. Drag the potato onto the pot, let it cook for 15minutes.
3. After 15minutes, drag the Sugar onto the pot for 4minutes and 30seconds.
4. Let the blue bar reach the second star (silver star).
5. Once it reaches the silver star, tap on Finish to make French Fries with Ketchup.
