So Wild53997, I'm not AJHQ, but I have an idea for you. Check how long it's been since you've restarted your computer/device? It might be slow and glitched. If you rebooted it recently, then try this (if playing on PC):Download the app (If you have a newer device from 2015 or older, this might not work, but try it anyways) Download the app and see if it works then. Try resetting the page a few times as well if it's still not cooperating. If you already have the app, try to get a membership from the normal Animal jam, then close the window and open another window and get on to the Animaljam app and see if it gave you a membership.
