When you are prompted for a name press 'Enter' and go to the 'Player' menu. If you now erase the default player name of Utopia and begin gameplay ALL levels except bonus levels will be available. Note: ALL player names must be erased for this to work.
During gameplay enter the following codes without the quotes to activate the corresponding effect.
Unlock God Mode:
Enter 'mrgod'.
Invincibility:
Enter 'mrtough'.
Unlock Turbo Mode:
Enter 'mrspeed'.
Unlock Better Jumps and Swimming:
Enter 'mrpolo'.
Unlock Slow Kicks and Punches:
Enter 'mrbionic'.
