Oh wow, I do not know who told you that there was a code that you could use to get all characters, or where you aw the cheat code at, but it will never work. There are no cheat codes for Metal Gear Solid 2, and there will never be cheat codes for any Metal Gear Solid game, sorry. But yeah, the code you saw was a fake, unworking, and probably made up code by someone.

Well instead why don't you just collect all the dogtags on all of the difficulty levels. That's the easiest way for me!

Where is the psg1 on the plant chapter?

I'm not quite sure... ( I haven't played the game for so long...)
But I think it is in Strut F (the warehouse).

Press "Start" to see the entire map of the Big Shell and head toward Strut F.

However, you'll need a security card to get in the room that it's in.

Where you get that security card is beyond me.

If I'm wrong, try calling the Colonel or Pliskin for help on the Codec.

Is there an easier way to get stealth in the tanker chapter?

How to get stealth?

Do you mean the "Stealth Suit" that Snake has in the beginning cut scene?

Yeah you have to hold up guards from behind (so they will stick their hands up), then walk in front of them.

You then point your gun at their face.

They should shake nervously and drop a dog tag. If they dont, shoot above their head with an unsilenced weapon and they wil eventually drop one.

I guess you need to collect enough dog tags from guards to get the stealth suit...

(You can also collect a dog tag from Olga and FatMan by shaking their dead bodies)
