Heres a step by step instruction to get more drivers but it may take awhile. First go to computer then documents click on 18 wheels of steel american long haul, then "save" select your game scroll down until you see 'hauls until next driver" it will say either 3,2 or,1, then change the number to 0 open your game drive to a hotel then you will see a driver for hire (you can do this as many times as you want)
