Hello! I'm krutoke, and this is my first FAQ/Guide.
This Guide will cover the Pokemon only available through Mass Outbreak and where you can find them.

TC-2 What is a "Mass Outbreak"?
--------------------------------
A "Mass Outbreak" is when a large group of Pokemon gather in a certain area.
The Pokemon found in Mass Outbreak's are usually rare, and it is recomended that you catch them.
The Pokemon that appear through Mass Outbreak change Daily, so will the location.
Mass Outbreak's become avalible after defeating the Elite 4 and Cynthia.

Well, first head to Sandgem Town and go to Dawn's* house, and talk to Dawn's* sister.
She will then tell you which pokemon is in Mass Outbreak and the Location.
