1.      Before you can catch or even see Cressilia you have to have beaten the Elite 4 and you should have gotten
        the National Pokedex.
2.      Go to Canalave and go to the place where you can get on the ferry. The sailor will mention something about
        his son�s bad dreams. Go to his house and talk to the wife. They will talk about going to Full Moon Island
        and he will ask if you can help him. He will then take you to Full Moon Island.
3.      When you go to the island follow the path and go into the small �area�. You will see Cressilia in the middle
        . Go up and press �a� her data will register in your pokedex. She will run away and leave behind a feather. Pick it up and head back to the sailor. You will go back and then give the feather to the boy who will wake up.
4.      After Cressilia runs away you will be able to find Cressilia in the wild. When you run into her just throw 
        a master ball at Cressilia to catch it as it will run away.
