"Once, when Pac-Man was still a young boy, he spent a summer at the home of the
Great Ghost Hunter, Pac-Master. But Pac-Master was defeated by a Rock & Rollin'
Ghost from outer space called Golvis, a ghost so strong that even a Power
Pellet couldn't defeat him. None of the Pac-People could stand up against him,
and all were turned into spheres. All except Pac-Man, that is, who was saved
by a fiart so that he could go out into the world on an adventure, looking for
a way to defeat Golvis."

Not a great story but what did you expect from Pac-Man?

Characters: (also taken directly from the instructions booklet)

"PAC-MAN
The hero we all know. He looks pretty much the same here, but this is actually
Pac-Man when he was young.

PAC-MASTER
A master of ghost removal. Pac-Man spent one summer training with him.

MRS. PAC-MASTER
She sometimes complains a bit, but she is very kind. This is the Pac-Master's
wife.

PAC-GIRL
This is Pac-Master's very cute daughter. She will eventually become Ms.
Pac-Man.

KRYSTAL
This is always the determined guardian fairy of Pac-Land. She saved Pac-Man
from Golvis' attack.

PAC-DOG
Always having a good time, this is the pet dog of the Pac-Family.

PAC-BABY
Pac-Girl's little sister. She cries often.

CLYDE [red ghost]
Always arrogant and angry. He chases Pac-Man. and he never gives up.

INKY [light blue ghost]
This ghost is rather careless about what he says, and tends to act on a whim.
You can see this in the way that he moves about.

PINKY [pink ghost]
This ghost is quite down-to-earth and calculating. She is quite fast, and will
try to head Pac-Man off.

BLINKY [orange ghost]
This ghost is a bit plodding, and tends to wonder about. He is constantly
eating.

GOLVIS
This is a rock & rolling ghost from outer space. He will appear at the end of
every world and try to stop Pac-Man's advance."

Q: When was Pac 'N Roll released?
A: Japan got it first on July 28, 2005, followed by the United States when we
got it on August 23, 2005, and Europe got it last on October 28, 2005.

Q: Who designed Pac 'N Roll?
A: This game was designed by Namco.

Q: Is this game good?
A: Actually, this game is great! Many people do not believe this. Pac 'N Roll
came out the same year as Pac Pix, which was little more than a tech demo.
People think that this game is similar, while it is not. Pac 'N Roll is
extraordinarily underrated.

Q: Pac Man is .. a ball? Why?
A: Because Golvis turned him into one! DUH!

Q: What is Knight Chocolate and what does it do?
A: Knight Chocolate is chocolate that turns Pac-Man into Knight Pac-Man. When
Pac-Man is Knight Pac-Man, he moves slower and more sluggishly, but can break
metal boxes, sink in water, not be blown as easily in wind, break through
wooden boxes easier, and cannot be damaged by arrows.

Q: What is Wing Chocolate and what does it do?
A: Wing Chocolate is chocolate that turns Pac-Man into Winged Pac-Man. Winged
Pac-Man weighs less and can fly short distances. However, Winged Pac-Man can
very easily be blown away in wind.

Q: What is Pac Chocolate?
A: Pac Chocolate is chocolate that turns Winged Pac-Man or Knight Pac-Man back
into normal Pac-Man. Normal Pac-Man is fastest and has the best break
performance, making it the easiest to control.

Q: What does fruit do?
A: Apples, Bananas, and Grapes, along with Burgers, Ice Cream Sundaes, and
Turkeys, heal Pac-Man when he is injured.

Q: What does Pizza do?
A: Eating pizza adds one to the maximum possible life gauge level (up to 7).

Q: What do Special Flags do?
A: Special Flags give Pac-Man an additional life.

Q: What do Jewels do?
A: Jewels unlock bonus worlds and challenge modes.

Q: How do I dash?
A: While going fast, slide your stylus to the edge of the touch screen on to
the white frame. It will turn red and you should dash. It may be a bit tricky
at first, but just practice!

More questions will be added!

(< o o o o o o o o o o o o o o WORLD 1 CASTLE PAC o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o

LEVEL 1------------------------------------------------------------------------
Number of Pac dots: 134
Number of gems : 5

This level is simple. Go straight and fast down past all the bumps and collect
all the dots until you get to a Golvis gate. You can not yet open it. See the
number 80 on top? This means that you need 80 Pac dots to open it. There is U
turn to the left of the gate. Go through it twice to collect all of the dots.
You may notice a small box opposite of the side the Golvis gate is. Smash it.
To smash it, just go pretty fast, then run your stylus all the way to the white
frame around the touch screen. You should go fast and get a boost. If it
won't work, just try it again. You must smash through the box while having the
boost to open it. Inside is a gem. Go through the Golvis gate. You should have
6 Pac dots.

Past the Golvis gate, just keep going straight. Dodge the box, as there is
nothing inside it. Go over to each side to collect all of the Pac dots. Go over
the bridge, while still collecting all of the dots. Do not directly go through
the goal after the Golvis gate. Go to the right and you'll see a big box. Smash
through it to collect all the dots. You should have 19 now and a thing that
says "134/134" will pop up in the corner, meaning that you collected all of the
dots. Go into the goal now.

LEVEL 2------------------------------------------------------------------------
Number of Pac dots: 161
Number of gems : 5

Go through the simple curves in the beginning, doging the single red ghost. If
he does happen to catch you, just tap him on the touch screen and then run
away. As you go down a bit lower, you will also see a light blue ghost, which
can also be easily doged. After you have collected all of the dots, go through
the castle-like arch and immediately go to the right. There are a few Pac dots
there. Go over the water. You can collect the dots and float on top because you
did not eat any knight chocolate. There are some dots on top of the water. The
Golvis gate needs 40 Pac dots, which you should have, so go through it.

There is somewhat of a half pipe here. Collect the dots curved through it. You
can go up on top of it by dashing, although, as far as I know, there is nothing
up there. Go through the half pipe and you will see a ramp. You must go over it
fast, as it is like a See Saw. If you go too slow, it will tilt down on the
side that you are on, making the ledge unaccessable. If this happens, just go
on the raised part of it. Go up on the ledge and to the next area.

There are two ghost here. Go up on the raised area to get the Power Pellet to
take them out. Go around and collect all the dots, and be sure to get the
check point, which looks like a coin on the ground. There is a waterfall after
this. You can just go over, or you can dangerously go to the edge of the cliff
and collect the three Pac dots. It's not that difficult, actually, as the water
does not pull you fast and the dots fly to you when you get close to them.
Cross the waterfall and you will find a small area with many Pac dots and two
ghosts. There is a raised ledge in the middle, with three ramps leading up to
it and a jump coming off of it. Using the boost, go off the jump to go to the
higher area. There is a Power Pellet and a small box there. First, grab the
Power Pellet, then jump back down so you can take out the ghosts. After you did
that, go back up for the box. Inside is two Pac dots. You can jump off of the
ledge with the box on it to get an apple across from it, if you need it.

Go to the next place, after collecting all of the dots of course. There should
be a pink ghost here, although it may have came over to the area you were just
in. There is a power pellet on the small raised platform if it is. Just collect
all of the Pac dots, including the Power Pellet for that pink ghost, and go on.

Through the arch is a Golvis gate that leads to the goal! Horray! Sadly, this
guide only covered how to get 159 of the 161 dots in this level. D:

LEVEL 3------------------------------------------------------------------------
Number of Pac Dots: 69
Number of Gems : 5

When you start, smash the two small boxes behind you to get 6 Pac dots. Then
go down over the jumps and up the hill. You will see a hill going straight up
then. Don't worry, just go fast and get a dash while on it to climb it. You
should have 14 Pac Dots.

Smash the big box to collect 3 more dots. Then smash both of the two blocking
your path the collect 4 more. Go through the next narrow area and get the check
point. There are a few jumps without anything under them. Just go fast and you
should be fine. After the 2 jumps, there should be a box in front of you. Smash
it to collect the dots inside. Go over the bridge to the next area.

Collect the dots to you right. There are two more of those straight up hill
things, but they just lead to ledges. There is a bonus life on top of the right
one. Collect the dots going straight up, which can be difficult, as you must
time your boost right. Be sure to get the dots over the jump in the middle. Go
around the right ledge to collect more dots, then go around the left to get a
Power Pellet. Use it on the one ghost.

If you noticed, there is a box where the path by the right ledge leads to.
Break it to collect one dot and go down a the path to get the Gem.

Jump up on the left ledge to collect four dots. You should now have all 69.
Break the other box between the two ledges and go up the hill to the goal.

LEVEL 4------------------------------------------------------------------------
Number of Pac-Dots: 108
Number of Gems : 6
Collect the three dots and break the wooden box next to the metal one to get 6
more. We'll get back to the metal box. Go past the first arrows and get the 3
dots. Be sure to dodge the arrows, as they hurt you. Go through the next
arrows.

You should see a small rectangle on the ground. Run over it to eat it. It is
Knight Chocolate. It turns Pac-Man into a knight. When Pac-Man is a knight, he
moves slower and sluggishly, but does not sink in water, cannot be damaged
by arrows, and can break metal boxes. Go back and break the metal box if you'd
like--there's nothing in it.

Roll down the hill, collect the dots. Keep rolling over the hills and
collecting the dots. When you get to the arrows, collect all the dots, as you
can not be damaged by them as Knight Pac-Man. Go through the arrows and break
the box. You will then see a bunch of boxes. Knight Pac-Man also breaks through
wooden boxes easier. Break all of the boxes, as there are dots in some. Keep
going and go to the check point. If you keep going straight, you will see a
Golvis gatem which you can not yet go through, as you need 55 dots. So turn to
the right and follow the dots.

There are two ghosts in here. Just avoid them and go to the left of the long
platforms in the middle. You should see a wooden box, containing Knight
Chocolate, followed by a metal box. Break it. Go back into the room if you'd
like. There's an orange ghost with a Power Pellet on it's head there. Go back
into the room with the long platforms. Go to the end of the room to go up on
them. Try to jump from the first platform to the second--it's hard as Knight
Pac-Man, but not impossible. Just go very fast and dash. Go into the room with
the ghost with the Power pellet on it's head first after you get the Power
Pellet in the main room, kill the ghost to get the power pellet, then go back
to the main room. Get the ghosts in here. Collect the rest of the dots which
you may have missed on the ground and platforms. On the right of the platforms
is a hall. Go through it to go to a room with water. Since you can go under
water as Knight Pac-Man, do it! Collect the dots, then follow the trail under
the one divider in the water. After that, go through the room with platforms
then to the room where the check point was.

Go through the Golvis gate, which requires 55 Pac Dots. You should have 95
before going through. Here, there will be more arrows, which are no problem if
you are Knight Pac-Man. You will see 3 small metal boxes. The one on the right
will contain Pac Dots. Go through the arrows, break the big wooden box, and
keep going to see a bunch of boxes. Break them all, as most have dots. You
should now have all 108 dots! Go to the goal at the end of the room.

LEVEL 5------------------------------------------------------------------------
Number of Pac Dots: 102
Number of Gems : 6

Go up the hills and up the jump to collect the dots. Go forward to a small
square of land in the middle, and go in a circle around it to collect the dots.
You should see another small rectangle here. This is Wing Chocolate. It makes
you move easier, weigh less, and fly for short distances. Get it, of course,
and then use it to fly over the ledge and collect the dots. There are 2 ghosts
in the lower area and a Power Pellet on a small platform. From where you got
the wing chocolate, fly over on to the platform to get the pellet, then get the
ghosts! After that, go to where you got the Wing Chocolate again, fly to the
second platform, then the third.

Go up the hills. There is a see saw jump there again. Go on the wrong side and
then make it go down to get it the way it wasn't, then fly over and get the
apple if you need it. Make the see saw normal again, fly to the ledge with the
dots, then go to the next area.

Go straight, collect the dots, go to the check point. Now you are in a big
round area with water. There are some ghosts here and many Pac dots. Collect
them all. The Power Pellet is to the left of the water/enterance. To kill the
ghost in the car, dash at it. To the right of the enterance, dash up the slope
to get fruit. Once you are sure you have gotten all of the dots, go through the
Golvis gate, which needs 70 Pac dots.

The floating platforms here fall and rise. It is not particularly hard to fly
from platform to platform, but you definitely need Wing Chocolate. Jump from
the second platform while it is raised all the way to the section of land with
the goal, and try to follow the line of Pac dots. World 1 is complete!

(< o o o o o o o o o o o o o o WORLD 2 GYRO-JUNGLE o o o o o o o o o o o o o o

LEVEL 1------------------------------------------------------------------------
Number of Pac Dots: 108
Number of Gems : 5

When you start, go straight. Go across the sliding bridges at the right time so
you can get the floating Pac dots. If you fall off, you must start over. For
next ones, go when the bridges that move up and down are down so you can get
on them. Get the Knight Chocolate to get the few under wate Pac Dots, then grab
the Wing Chocolate to surface. You must become normal Pac-Man again at the next
place. The bridges are like see saws. Slide over them to make the side you are
on go up. Make the other side go up to use it as a ramp to get on to the next
one. When you are back on land, you may notice a hill to your left. However, if
you can't use it yet, so go to the next area.

Grab the check point. This area has many sliders. They automatically dash you
in the direction they point. Go on the left ones to go up a hill, then go on
the elevator (yes, it's an elevator). You will probably have to fall from
elevator to elevator to get the many Pac dots there. On the highest elevator is
a gem. I noticed this odd little graphical glitch that when you fall, Pac Man
looks weird.. Go through the turn and to the next area.

Grab the check point again. Go down the big hill, but grab the power pellet
first, as there are ghosts on there. You can go back later. Try to follow the
lines of Pac dots closely. If done correctly, you should have all 108 dots now!
Go to the next area.

Go up the ramp to the platform with the Golvis gate, which requires 80 Pac
dots. If you want to ride the hill again because you missed dots or because
it's just fun, break the wooden box on the left and ride the sliders to this
level's second area. If not, go to the goal!

LEVEL 2------------------------------------------------------------------------
Number of Pac Dots: 129
Number of Gems : 6

Go down the hill and collect the dots, of course. You will use some sliders to
go up the hill. Collect the dots on the U turn part, then use the slider to go
up the next hill. Collect the dots by using the bouncing things, if you need
to. Turn and go to the flat area. You will see a wall. Go on the bouncing thing
to go on top and get the dots, then fall down on the other side and repeat with
the next wall. Bounce on top of the bump after the second wall, collect the
dots, then use the bouncers for the few other bumps. The next part is like
bouncing stairs. Go up them and turn again. Go up the slider and get the Pac
Dots, including the Power Pellet. Bounce from ledge to ledge while collecting
the dots. If you fall off or miss any dots, take the sliders back. There are
some more bouncing stairs, so go up them. Go through the Golvis gate which
requires 80 dots.

You will automatically pick up some Wing Chocolate. Fly from platform to
platform using the bouncers. If you fall or miss some Pac dots, there are
sliders below again. Go to the end (you should have all 129 Pac dots), up the
bouncing stairs, and to the goal!
