INTRODUCTION (INT1)

The story starts from when Naruto gets back to the village after training
with Jiraya for two and a half years. He is shocked to find that one of his
friends Gaara is kidnapped by the evil organization Akatsuki. The mysterious 
duo Sai and the ANBU officer codenamed Yamato appear to form the new Team 7.
Naruto also seeks out to find Sasuke, who was taken by Orochimaru.

This my guide to the Naruto Shippuden: Shinobi Retsuden 2 game for DS.
There are quite a few improvements to the first one. The graphics look
better and there's a fair bit more to do then the last game.

There are 4 main options on the main menu;

Note: You can use a characters second costume by pressing Y
instead of A.

To new naruto players: Each character is a 
ninja who can jump high and run fast.
They can throw ninja weapons and each has their
own special jutsu (techniques).

Basic Moves;
Sidestepping
Jumping (and attacking)
Substitution Teleport(this teleports behind the opponent) -
50% Chakra
Backflip (Double-tap backwards from your opponent)

You can only use specials at 100% chakra.

Fuda(Jutsu Sealing)-stops opponent using chakra for 10 seconds

Blue scroll-increses your attack power by 1.5
Orange scroll-increases your attack power by 2

Blue Punchbag-increses your defence by 1.5
Red Punchbag-makes you invincible for 5 seconds

Konoha mark- Reduces the chakra that you use when you use specials or kawarimi.
Chunin jacket-For 5 seconds you do not get stunned when you are hit

CONGRATULATIONS! If you've done all of this, you've beaten story mode!
If this is your first time on easy mode, you just unlocked Sasuke!
You also unlocked the exploration option in the battle menu.

**SIDEQUEST1** (with help from AssasinOfLight)

Instead of going north to find Sai, you go south into the main town and go 
east and you will end up in the east side of town. 
There will be 2 dots on the mini map... go to the one in the top right 
corner. You will meet temari and she will ask you to get to the end of a 
map. Explore East. When you complete that side quest, go and talk to her 
again and she will ask you to find 8 shiny things on a map. When you are 
finished you will unlock Itachi and Kisame.

**SIDEQUEST2**

Go to the north-west region of the map and meet up with Shino.
Exit the village from the south.

=BUTTERFLY CATCHING=

This minigame is a bit tricky at first but you should get the hand of it.
Your job is to capture 3 strong butterflies.

Note: If you capture a weak butterfly, it doesn't count.
When you attack the butterfly, watch the healthbar, and see how much damage
your attack just did. If it did a lot, it's probably a weak one.

Make sure you only press A when the butterfly's healthbar is low. And don't
spam A, or you'll lose all of your cases.
You only have 6 cases, so be careful!

After all that is done, you'll get Deidara and Sasori.

MODE DESCRIPTIONS (MOD6)
============================================================================

Story Mode - Go through the Shippuden story to try out the new characters.
You fight battles and explore the map fulfilling the story. You can save
at designated checkpoints in story mode.

Exploration Mode - In this mode you are in a dungeon and must reach the
bottom. Each floor is randomly generated and there is an exit somewhere
on that floor. You may have to fight a few random battles along the way.
Your character will level up and get attack and defense bonuses.

Each character has their own stats and they all start from the first floor.
When you load the game, you can choose any previous floor to begin from.
Once you reach the 10th floor, you will fight in a Boss Battle.
There are two more boss battles for 20th and 30th floors.

Use the 3rd menu down after you press Start to swap between floors.
Different floors contain different enemies and reward different EXP totals.

Player VS Computer - Use this for a 1v1 match with 2 rounds.

Survival Mode - Try and survive against endless opponents! You will regain
health after each successful round.
