1. Have any MMBN GBA game in the DS's GBA port(must be inserted before
turning on your DS)
2. Check the dog house in front of Bud's house.
3.Pulse in and then pulse into the Dog House CompSpace.
4.Talk to the distortion in the middle, then pulse out.
5.Go to Vista Point and pulse in, then pulse into the Statue Compspace.
6. Waste the Jammer.
7.Go back into the doghouse and talk to the distortion again.
Sequence ensues.
