About the Author and FAQ [1.1]
----------------------------------

Hello, and welcome to my Elite Beat Agents FAQ! My name is Kristopher
Maxwell, I'm 14 years old, and this is my first FAQ. This FAQ is here to help,
whether it's getting an S rank on that one song, or trying to complete
"Jumpin' Jack Flash" on Sweatin' mode. If there are any comments, suggestions,
etc. please send it to my email address, [email protected], and include
"Elite Beat Agents FAQ" in the title. Now, let's get started, shall we?

----------------------------
1.2 About the Game [1.2]
----------------------------

In November of 2006, the rhythm game Elite Beat Agents was released
by Nintendo and it's developer, iNis. You have to tap, drag and spin to the
beat of 19 covers of songs, ranging from oldies to more recent songs.
A game similar in style was released in Japan earlier, and made by the same
company, called Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! Elite Beat Agents features the
ability to save replays, skip the comic cutscenes at the beginning of a
mission and has more songs than the original Japanese game.

-------------------------
1.3 How to Play [1.3]
-------------------------

In this rhythm game, you have to hit various markers in order to progress
through the song. The three markers are as follows:

1. Hit Markers: These markers are the simplest to hit, and also the most
used markers in the game. You simply need to tap the circle when the
slowly closing in timer circle overlaps with the white area. They are also
numbered and colour coded, so there is no confusion with what to tap next.
Here is a diagram which shows when to hit and when not to.
____________________________________________________
| |
| do not hit hit it |
| ________ |
| | | _____ |
| | | |( )| |
| | ( ) | |
| | | |
| |________| |
| |
| (terrible circle, |
| I know...) |
| |
| |
|___________________________________________________|

Sometimes, 2 or more timer circles will appear around a marker, which
means they are overlapping each other, and you should tap more than once,
and with proper timing too. Example:
_____________________________________
| ___________ |
| | | |
| | _______ | in this case, |
| | | | | you would tap |
| | | ( ) | | twice in time. |
| | |_____| | |
| |_________| |
|____________________________________|

2. Phrase Markers: These markers are a bit different. To properly hit
these, you need to tap the number at the beginning using the timing
circle, then hold the stylus down on the ball until it reaches the end.
And if there is an arrow at the end, you have to keep holding down as
it retraces its path. These are also numbered and colour coded.
Here's an example:
_________________________________________
| |
| ____________________ |
| (1)_______( )_________(<-) |
| ^ ^ ^ |
|start hold if this is at |
| here... this down... the end, go back|
|________________________________________|

3. Spin Markers: These ones can be tough on the later levels on hard
difficulties. There will be a large wheel, with stripes on it, and
the screen will say "Spin!" That's what you need to do. Just spin on
the striped part without lifting the stylus or touching the inside or
outside of the wheel, and try to fill the meter behind the wheel
before the timer circle reaches the middle. If you can, and keep
spinning, a bonus will come in increments of 1000.

In tapping, dragging and spinning these markers, you are also filling
the Elite-O-Meter. The Elite-O-Meter determines how well you do in a
stage. Each stage is divided into multiple parts, and how full the
Elite-O-Meter is determines what happens. If it is in the YES
section, the scene will be positive (O) and if it is in the NO zone,
it will be a negative scene (X). This also affects the ending of
each stage. If the meter drops very low, there will be an exclamation
mark, instead of YES/NO. If it goes any lower, you will fail, and
will have to retry the stage.

Each marker can get one of three point totals (300, 100 or 50) or
an X (miss). The higher the score, the more the Elite-O-Meter
fills, and if you get an X, you lose some of the Elite-O-Meter.
At the end of each colour coded marker group, you can get one
of two special scores, Elite Beat (only 300) or Beat (300 or
100), or one of the regular scores. Elite Beats are only
gained when the whole group (including itself) was 300.
A Beat is gained if one or more of the scores was a 100.
Regular scores are gained

---------------------------
Difficulty Levels [1.4]
---------------------------

In the beginning, there will be only 2 difficulties to start with:
Breezin' and Cruisin'. But once you finish Cruisin' mode, you will
unlock Sweatin', and when you finish Sweatin', you unlock Hard
ROCK! Breezin' is the easiest, Cruisin' is a medium difficulty,
Sweatin' is a hard difficulty, and Hard ROCK! is just Sweatin' modes
beats flipped. I recommend finishing Breezin' mode first, as it allows
you to unlock everything you can.

------------------------------------
Ranking and Scoring System [1.5]
------------------------------------

At the end of each stage, you are given a rank, based on how well you
did in the stage. The ranks, from lowest to highest, are: D, C, B, A,
and S. The rank you get is determined by the ratio of each type of
score you got in the stage. In order to get an S rank, you must
have around 90% 300's and no misses. The more 100's and 50's you get,
the more 300's you will have to get to make up for it.

You will also be given a score. Each marker can get one of three point
totals, 50, 100, or 300, or an X.
Whatever score is added to the total is affected by the multiplier.
I won't get into the specifics, but as you hit the markers, the
multiplier goes up, and if you miss a marker, the multiplier goes back
down to 0. However, the score does not affect your rank, but YOU MUST
GET A HIGH SCORE FOR IT TO BE SAVED! If you're A rank score is higher than
the S rank score, the A rank score will stay.

To quickly check your high scores, go, from the main menu, to
Options, then to Hi-Score.

====================
2. Songs
====================

Here's how I layout each song:

Mission: The name of the mission, not the name of the song.
Difficulty: How hard it is, according to the game.
Tier: When a song is unlocked. (Tier 1 = 1st songs unlocked, Tier 2 = second,
etc.)
Target, Age, Sex, and Random Info: Information on the main character of that
story, provided by the game.
Agents' Dance Move: The agents have a special dance move for each song, done
only in that song. This only applies to the agents, not the divas.

Afterwards is the walkthroughs for each difficulty on that song.
Each walkthrough is split into sections, separated by quick cutscenes which
reflect how well you did.

--------------------------------------
Episode 1: Walkie Talkie Man [2.1]
--------------------------------------

Mission: Trio of Mayhem! Love and Boyfriends!!
Difficulty: 1 star
Tier: 1
Target: Jane
Age: 17
Sex: Female
Random Info: She loves to eat cookies.
Agents' Dance Move: During the chorus, they will lift one hand and point at
you, then do an air guitar riff, jump and turn to the side, and finish with
one hand in the air and another on their hip, facing you.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.1.B]:
This song is VERY slow, nothing like what it sounds like,
and serves as a small warmup for hit markers. There are no
phrase markers. A floating hand will guide you throughout
the song.

First Section: Nothing too major, just tap, watch the timer
circles, and restrain yourself from tapping too early.

Second Section: It's changed up a bit, but nothing to
trip you up too much. Just note that the 3 beat groups during
the chorus have sped up, so be careful.

Third Section: Essentially the same as the second section,
nothing noteworthy at all.

Final Section: The same 3 beat groups you've encountered the
whole stage, so nothing much. Just don't screw up on the
spinner at the end, and you're good.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.1.C]: The song hasn't changed too much from Breezin', as there are
still no phrases, and slow beat groups.

First Section: The first part is simple tapping, up until the shift in pace,
then it's the same 2 and 3 beat groups until the end.

Second Section: This is EXACTLY like the first section. That's it.

Third Section: Again? This is the same as the last two sections.

Final Section: Finally, some change. The first part of this is slow 3 beat
groups up until the music shift, then it's back to the 3 beat groups, except
the music's no help. Also, there's a spinner at the end.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.1.S]: Don't think this song will be a pushover this time. Now,
it's got a fast beat, and phrases for once.

First Section: This song sure has changed. One of the more tough groups is
near the beginning; it goes hit hit hit, hit hit hit, hit, hit, hit hit hit.
Also, there's one group that has 3 beats in a row, a slight delay, and then
2 consecutive beats. (It's one of the last groups.) Also, every other group
basically goes with the lyrics.

Second Section: Same as the first section, no differences here.

Third Section: There's 2 differences with this section and the first:
1. The second group's first 3 hit markers have been replaced with a phrase.
2. The last group is replaced by a spinner.

Final Section: This one's a little tougher. It starts like the first group
in the first section, but the 4th and 5th beats have a new beat in-between.
Also, the 3 beats-in-a-row group appears a lot here.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Hard ROCK! [2.1.HR]: Hard ROCK! is the exact same as Sweatin', except the
beats are smaller, faster, and the beat positions have been flipped. Therefore,
I have just copied the Sweatin' strategy, changing any directional
instructions. The only thing you need to do is speed up your reactions to the
beats.

----------------------------------------
Episode 2: Makes No Difference [2.2]
----------------------------------------

Mission: Red Carpet Premiere! Smash Hit or Box Office Crash!!
Difficulty: 2 stars
Tier: 2
Target: Chris Silverscreen
Age: 36
Sex: Male
Random Info: Thinking about his speech for the awards
ceremony.
Agents' Dance Move: They will bring up their arms, then slowly
jump to one side, then again to the other side, then fully jump
to the opposite side and into the middle, jump up and down and
slowly spin around and end facing you. Hard to explain, but funny to watch.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.2.B]: This time, things have sped up, even though
the last song WAS faster...(how does that work?) This time,
there are phrase markers, so you better know how they work.
The floating hand returns to help you out again.

First Section: Just watch the timer circles, this is just
what you were doing in the last stage, just a little sped up.

Second Section: Here comes your first phrase marker! Now, the
beats are starting to follow the song a bit, so there is nothing
you really need to worry about, other than the 3 beat red section,
which can really mess you up if going for perfect 300's, because
you need to tap the 3rd beat when he says "is", not "left".

Third Section: This is just a mix of the first and second sections,
so you just want to watch that 3 beat red section, that's it.

Fourth Section: All of this section is phrase markers except for
one hit marker at the end, so don't trip up there.

Final Section: Easy stuff now, same as what you did the whole
song except for the final half, just don't mess up on the
spinner (if that's possible) and you're fine.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.2.C]: Here's the first phrase markers you'll face in Cruisin', and
the difficulty's been upped from Walkie-Talkie Man as well.

First Section: This part isn't hard, but a major shift in speed from the last
song could throw you off.

Second Section: You'll start with a hit marker, then a phrase, then two 3 beat
groups, and finally, a 6 beat group, with the last 4 beats coming one right
after the other. Then repeat, and the beats are the same, just in opposite
places.

Third Section: The first part is just 2 taps, followed by a small pause and
another two taps, with some parts with just one tap needed. The second part
is the chorus, which is the second section again.

Fourth Section: The beat groups are repeated until the end, where it is a 4
beat instead of 6 beats. These are the same as the chorus.

Final Section: The final section is split into two parts like many other
sections, with the first part being the chorus, and the second part being the
main line repeated 4 times. It starts with a phrase, then goes into a 4 beat
group, then another phrase, a 6 beat group, another phrase and a 4 beat, and
then a final spinner. Again, the groups are the same as the chorus.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.2.S]: This song, and every other song as well, has changed mostly
for the better when following the beats.

First Section: There's only 2 unique groups here: one has 5 beats, with delay
between all of them except for the 3rd and 4th, and one with 4 beats,
with the same delay except for between the last two beats.

Second Section: This section has a repeat within it, so you'll see groups
appear twice. There are no tricky parts here, as all the beats go with the
lyrics.

Third Section: This first part is tough! There are 3 beats in a "line", and
two "lines" in each beat group. Whenever the group moves up a "line", the
delay between the beats disappears just for then. The rest of the section
plays out like the second section.

Fourth Section: This part is simple, as the group repeats itself 4 times.
You start with a phrase, then 3 almost consecutive beats that don't seem to
go with anything, then the beats begin to go with the lyrics. There's a
small difference in the last group, as it drops the last 2 beats in the
group.

Final Section: The first half consists of the second section again. The other
half of this is a little tough: one group consisting of a phrase, then 3 beats
consecutively, followed by one of two alternating groups; either a group
containing only 4 beats, or a group with 6 beats. Note that when the 6 beat
group should show up the second time, it is replaced by a spinner.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Hard ROCK! [2.2.HR]: Hard ROCK! is the exact same as Sweatin', except the
beats are smaller, faster, and the beat positions have been flipped. Therefore,
I have just copied the Sweatin' strategy, changing any directional
instructions. The only thing you need to do is speed up your reactions to the
beats.

Whenever the group moves up a "line", the
delay between the beats disappears just for that gap.

Episode 3: Sk8er Boi [2.3]
------------------------------

Mission: Hey Taxi! To the Hospital, and Hurry!!
Difficulty: 2 stars
Tier: 2
Target: Jack
Age: 32
Sex: Male
Random Info: Has his coffee with 8 sugars.
Agents' Dance Move: They jump, then turn to the side and do a spin,
end facing you while singing into the microphone, then an air guitar riff.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.3.B]: This is about the same speed as Episode 2, so
you're used to it. The floating hand makes an appearance again.

First Section: Just watch the timer circles as usual, they kind
of match with the song, just not enough to ACTUALLY help you.

Second Section: Here's where the song starts to help. Just tap,
you'll know you got a 300 if you tap when she sings a new
syllable. The last one, you'll just have to watch.

Third Section: Almost a mix of the first and second sections,
except for one beat group, which should give you no trouble.

Final Section: The first half can get you tripped up if you tap to
the song, so just watch the timers, then the other half is just
like the second section. Just don't screw up on the spinner,
although it's hard not to.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.3.C]: This is basically a faster version of Breezin', so this song
won't give you much trouble (except for a few beats).

First Section: Just watch and tap, that's all you can really do for this part.
The last group goes with the singer, however.

Second Section: This part is the chorus, but it isn't too hard. Just note that
it's repeated, which means so are the beat groups. The last group is tricky
though; it's the same as last section's, except the music doesn't help, so
just watch and tap just like you did before.

Third Section: The first half is similar to the first section, so it shouldn't
give any trouble, while the second half is the chorus again, complete with the
same final beat group as last time.

Final Section: The first half is similar to the first section again, but
that's all it is: similar. The beats are placed closer together, and the
music isn't a help here, so just watch carefully. The second half is the
chorus again, with that last beat group replaced by a spinner.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.3.S]: This is just a harder version of Cruisin', just with added
beats and a bit faster too.

First Section: This is almost exactly like Cruisin', except with added beats.
Just watch the beats.

Second Section: This is the chorus, and it can be overwhelming if you're
not prepared. The most prominent group goes like this: phrase, tap, tap,
phrase, tap, tap. The other group in the chorus goes like this: phrase, tap
tap tap tap tap. The last group is a variation on the second group I showed
you, adding a hit marker before the phrase, and replacing the last hit marker
with a phrase.

Third Section: This is a mix of the first two sections, and the only thing you
haven't seen is the transition from the first to second sections, and the
end of this section. The first shouldn't give you much trouble, but that last
group goes with the guitar.

Final Section: This is divided into two parts (again), except the first
section is new. It goes with the lyrics perfectly, though, so it should be no
trouble. The second part is the chorus again, with a twist. During the first
play of the chorus, the main group is replaced with 4 hits in a row, followed
by a final hit marker, going to the same beat as the group it replaced. Also,
at the end, just before the spinner, the phrase in the group is replaced with
hit markers.

Episode 4: I Was Born To Love You [2.4]
-------------------------------------------

Mission: Art and Beauty! Love and Happiness!?
Difficulty: 3 stars
Tier: 2
Target: Leo (Leonardo Da Vinci)
Age: 27
Sex: Male
Random Info: His cap collection is said to be the largest
in the world.
Agents' Dance Move: They raise one arm slowly, then the other, then
bring both above their heads, kneel down and move their hand along,
then get up and pivot on one foot all the way around, then walk
backwards to the left, and spin around and end doing an air guitar
riff while kneeling on the right side with one leg outstretched.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.4.B]: This song...is slow and doesn't match the song's
beat very well, the beats are even worse than in Walkie Talkie Man.
The floating hand makes its final appearance here, and may actually help.

First Section: All I can say is, watch the timer circles, that's
all the help I can really give now.

Second Section: This part is mostly phrase markers, and the hit markers,
especially the 4 beat red section, match the guitar and instruments.

Third Section: Half of this is tapping when he says the word "BORN",
the rest is just watching the circles as usual.

Final Section: This section is almost exactly like the second section,
except for the final few beat groups and the spinner, which you can get
a HUGE bonus on.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.4.C]: This song is a bit better, but not by too much. But, you
still have to do it, so just bear with it.

First Section: This part is pretty easy, and there's a trick to it. The beats
are usually in groups of 4, with the gap between the first and last 2 beats
the same throughout. Just note, in the last group, after the phrase, there is
no small gap between these two hit markers.

Second Section: This is the chorus, and it is much easier than other parts.
Simply listen to the music, it will help you quite a lot.

Third Section: This part is actually pretty easy. Many of the groups are just
lone beats and some groups with phrases. The last group isn't tough either, as
it goes with the song. Also, there's a spinner there too.

Final Section: This is the chorus again, and although there is more emphasis
on some words in the song, the beats still go the same, so try to ignore some
parts that don't go well.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.4.S]: After what Sweatin' has presented to you, this song is a
nightmare. Before attempting, I suggest playing a few levels on Cruisin' so
you'll be used to how slow this song is.

First Section: The first 4 groups are a bit tough, just remember that right
after the last beat in a group, go to the first beat in the next. Also, the
4th group in this section looks different, but still has the same rhythm.

Second Section: A lot of the beats in this section come RIGHT AFTER the last
beat, so be prepared. These beats are usually spaced close together.

Third Section: Those first groups of the first section appear again here.
The only tough part here is the part with 3 hit markers on the same spot,
slightly spaced apart. Just focus on the beat during this.

Final Section: The first part of this section is the chorus, while the second
part is a few different beats, which you may tap too early, followed by a
REALLY long spinner. Be prepared to do some major spinning when you get to it.

-----------------------------------

Mission: Magic Meets Madness! The Show Must Go On!
Difficulty: 3 stars
Tier: 3
Target: Thomas Petree
Age: 36
Sex: Male
Random Info: Has a doctorate in Mathematics.
Agents' Dance Move: They move their hands and hips in opposite directions,
then move their hands to the right and then left, then jump up and end
singing into the microphone while kneeling on the right side with one
leg outstretched.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.5.B]: The floating hand is gone now, not like it was much
help anyways...

First Section: Watching timer circles here is key, just watch the
last yellow 4 beat group, and you'll be fine.

Second Section: The first half of this part is just like the
first section, and the other half is the chorus, just pay
attention to the music and timer circles here as well, and
watch the single beats, those 4 beat groups, and the new
3 beat blue group, its last note comes a bit earlier than expected.

Third Section: Again, watching the circles is key, make sure to watch
the now red 3 beat group and that last single note.

Final Section: There's more of those 3 beat groups, just arranged
differently than usual, and try to get a good bonus on the spinner.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.5.C]: This song is quite upbeat, a huge change from Episode 4, so
just make sure to adapt to it.

First Section: The beats go much better with the song than with Breezin' here.
Just watch those 3 beats in a row, if you're going for an all 300, it can
mess you up.

Second Section: The first half is just the first section again. All you
really need to watch is the second beat group, which goes with the guitar.
The other half is the chorus, which is kinda tough. Note the 2 beat blue
group, it's kind of unexpected, and the final beat, which may screw you up if
you aren't watching.

Third Section: This part isn't very tough, as a few of the beats are from
other sections, and most are just single tap beats.

Final Section: This is the chorus again, with slight changes to some groups
and a bit of an ending. The 3 beat group is still here, and it's everywhere
as usual. Just watch the last two groups, as well as the spinner, and you're
done.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.5.S]: This is one of my favourite songs to play on Sweatin'.

First Section: If you aren't familiar with the beat, this may give you some
trouble. If you don't remember how the beats go, watch carefully, since the
3 beat group will appear throughout the song, except sometimes as a 4 or even
5 beat group.

Second Section: The first half of this section is similar to the first, with
some subtle changes. The second half is the chorus, and shouldn't be too hard
if you can do the 3 beat group fine. Also, watch the last beat carefully; you
wouldn't want to lose an S rank.

Third Section: This part is similar to the second section's chorus, with some
small, but not really game changing differences. Nothing should trip you up if
you've made it this far. Again, watch the last beat.

Final Section: This is similar to the chorus, but again with some differences.
Just watch the last 2 groups and the spinner.

Episode 6: Highway Star [2.6]
---------------------------------

Mission: A Pug's Life! 400 Miles from Home!!
Difficulty: 3 stars
Tier: 3
Target: Sam
Age: 3
Sex: Male
Random Info: Buried a biscuit last week in the backyard.
Agents' Dance Move: They throw their arms up, then move their arms to the
bottom-right while shaking, then the bottom-left, then do a HUGE jump with
legs in splits position, then land and do a big spin.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.6.B]: This song is pretty easy now, be glad though,
there are some odd beats on later difficulties.

First Section: Like all stages, watch the circles. The 4 beat red group,
3 beat yellow group shaped like a triangle, and the 4 beat green group
are to the guitar, and the green group has a delay on the last beat.
Also, watch for the unexpected spinner at the end of this section.

Second Section: This section is almost exactly like the first, except
some beats have moved, there are some new ones, and no spinner here.
Watch the same groups that you did last time.

Third Section: Short section, and it's just the first half of the first
2 sections. Nothing to worry about if you can do that fine.

Final Section: Just the last half of the first 2 sections, basically.
It starts at the 3 beat yellow group. The last group before the spinner
goes with the syllables of the words he sings.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.6.C]: This is slightly easier than on Breezin', since more beats
go with the song. However, most of it is unchanged.

First Section: This part is almost exactly like Breezin', except for some
beats are now closer together. The 4 beat group is here again, except it's red.
Also, that spinner is still there.

Second Section: This is just like the last section, other than the short
phrases and the end, which is pretty easy, as it goes with the syllables of
the words sung.

Third Section: Just the same as the others, except for it's only the first
half of them.

Final Section: This continues where the last section left off, at the 3 beat
yellow group. From there, it's smooth sailing to the spinner, and the end.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.6.S]: This song is pretty tough, especially because of unexpected
changes in the beats and one certain beat group.

First Section: This part is quite tough. You'll be treated to some fast moving
beats almost right away, and you'll need to be very careful with the beat
spacing. The worst case of it is one certain yellow group, which appears
throughout the song. You need to tap twice, with about a gap of 1 second, and
since you can't see the hit marker, you may have to try a couple times to get
the timing down. Also, there's a spinner at the end.

Second Section: This part is similar to the first section, and different at the
same time. The one difference that can trip you up comes after the yellow group
explained earlier; there will be a green group, then a red group that comes
in a second earlier than last time, and it has been changed to match the
lyrics.

Third Section: This is only one short part of the first section, so it should
be no problem if you were ok then.

Final Section: This section is the other half of the first section, and starts
with the yellow group. There's also one added group at the end, and a spinner.
Just remember from before, and you'll be fine.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Hard ROCK! [2.6.HR]: Hard ROCK! is the exact same as Sweatin', except the

explained earlier; there will be a green group, then a red group that comes
in a second earlier than last time, and it has been changed to match the
lyrics.

Third Section: This is only one short part of the first section, so it should
be no problem if you were ok then.

Final Section: This section is the other half of the first section, and starts
with the yellow group. There's also one added group at the end, and a spinner.
Just remember from before, and you'll be fine.

Mission: Ahoy, Mates! Sunken Delights and Adventure!!
Difficulty: 4 stars
Tier: 3
Target: Captain Brooke
Age: 61
Sex: Male
Random Info: Says he's married to the sea.
Agents' Dance Move: They do the traditional Y-M-C-A with their arms.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.7.B]: This song is pretty easy, and is one of the first songs
where you'll be able to tell it goes with the song.

First Section: Watch the beats for the most part here. The last group goes
with the syllables of the words he sings.

Second Section: The only thing you really need to watch for is the 3 beat
green group, you start the phrase when he says "Y", finish when he says "M",
then tap the last two when he says "C" and "A".

Third Section: This is almost exactly the first section, just different beat
positions and different lyrics.

Final Section: This is also almost exactly like the second section, with a few
differences. First, the first two beat groups weren't there before.
Also, the blue group with the two phrase markers now have hit markers just
before each phrase, and there's also a spinner at the end.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.7.C]: This song, while somewhat challenging, is quite slow, but
is still fun to play.

First Section: This is, for the most part, just like Breezin'. Nothing here.

Second Section: This section has quite a lot of double hit markers, but there
shouldn't be many troubles.

Third Section: This part is exactly like the first section, nothing
noteworthy.

Final Section: The first, very short part is just finishing the part before
the chorus. The other half is the actual chorus again, and is nothing too
hard.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.7.S]: This is a pretty fun song to play, and shouldn't be too much
of a challenge.

First Section: The first two groups in this section are exactly the same except
for their placement, and the third is just has more beats added to it. Nothing
exceptionally hard.

Second Section: This part is the chorus, and won't be hard if you can do the
consecutive hit markers without screwing up. If you can't, just listen to the
beat of the song, it'll help greatly.

Third Section: This is almost exactly like the first section, except the first
two groups are done vertically now, instead of horizontally.

Final Section: This section is exactly like the second section, with a few
small differences. First, there are 2 new groups that shouldn't cause much
trouble, and, secondly, the last groups consecutive beats have been replaced
with phrases, except for the first two. Finally, there is a spinner at the end.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Hard ROCK! [2.7.HR]: Hard ROCK! is the exact same as Sweatin', except the
beats are smaller, faster, and the beat positions have been flipped. Therefore,

Mission: Cry Wolf! Meteorology and Parenting!!
Difficulty: 4 stars
Tier: 3
Target: Sofie Hudson
Age: 34
Sex: Female
Random Info: Has a black belt in karate.
Agents' Dance Move: They shake their hands from side to side, then spin around
and land on their knees, slightly jump up with both arms outstretched, then
fully stand up.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.8.B]: This song is a notch up in speed from YMCA, but nothing
too drastic that it will throw you off.

First Section: Just phrase markers, quickly followed up by hit markers.
Just watch the last phrase, it's got an arrow at the end, so you should
follow the ball back along the path.

Second Section: Not much noteworthy here, since half of it is phrases.
All you need to watch is the 5 beat red group, you're tapping with the
trumpets. Just watch the timer circles as usual.

Third Section: This section is a blend of the first and second sections,
so if you can do them, you can do this. Just watch the 5 beat red group
again.

Final Section: This is exactly like the second section other than the
spinner, so there shouldn't be too much trouble.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.8.C]: One of my favourite songs to play, as it isn't too hard on
this difficulty.

First Section: This part follows a simple pattern: Two or three hit markers
close together followed by a phrase, then repeat until the end, with only one
hit marker.

Second Section: This part isn't too hard, however, some parts are tricky
because they are so close together. e.g. The phrase followed by a hit marker.

Third Section: The first half is basically the first section, except with an
extra hit marker just before each phrase. The second half is the second
section again, so if you didn't have trouble then, you won't now.

Final Section: There are TONS of double hit markers around, and they go with
the trumpets, not the singers, so listen carefully. The verse will be
repeated twice, the second time is a lot easier as it's just simple tapping
with lots of space between beats.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.8.S]: This difficulty adds a lot more consecutive beats, and some
of the groups are a little tougher and sped up, but it's still pretty fun to
play.

First Section: This song has a lot of consecutive beats, so I hope you can do
them just fine. Just be sure to tap them all, and not tap the wrong one.

Second Section: This section is the chorus, and shouldn't be too hard. Just
watch for the gaps between beats, the triple hit marker, and the spinner.

Third Section: This section is split in two parts: the first is similar to
the first section, but has more phrases, as well as triple hit markers. The
second half is the chorus again, and the two parts are separated by an abrupt
spinner.

Final Section: This section is the toughest in the whole song. They're singing
the chorus, but the beat setup is totally different. For the first 3 groups,
the beats go: phrase phrase hit hit hit, hit hit hit, hit hit.
After that, the last group goes: double, double, double, double, triple.
Then the whole thing repeats itself one more time.

Hard ROCK! [2.8.HR]: Hard ROCK! is the exact same as Sweatin', except the

Breezin' [2.9.B]: This song is one of my favourites, but on Breezin',
not so much. It's also one of my first all 300 songs on Breezin'.

First Section: The first 3 groups have 3 beats, and the third beat
may come a bit earlier than you expect. The last group has five beats,
just listen to the song and you'll get it.

Second Section: This part isn't so tough, but the song can screw you up
if you're coming from a harder difficulty. Just watch the circles, and
resist the urge to tapping early. Also, the last group is just like
the last group of the first section.

Third Section: The first half is new, so watch carefully, and the
second half is exactly like the second section, so no worries here
really. The first two groups should be watched very carefully, I've
tapped too quickly many times here.

Fourth Section: This part goes quite well with the song until near
the end, so watch carefully when there's a drastic change in the
music. Also, make sure to get a good bonus on that spinner.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.9.C]: I personally like the beats for Cruisin' a lot more than
Sweatin', but that's just me. Expect odd beats for this song.

First Section: This part can be pretty tough if you aren't using headphones.
The beats go with the synthesizer in the background, and it's pretty hard
to hear without the music pretty loud. Just a quick tip, the green and blue
groups are the same, just with different beat placement.

Second Section: This part is also tricky, note that the beat that comes after
the phrase is RIGHT after it, and that the blue group has a double hit marker
with some space between each tap.

Third Section: The first half is pretty weird here. The first two groups of it
are the same, but the music doesn't go with the second one in the slightest.
Then, after a couple of phrases and a simple group, the chorus comes in again.

Final Section: There are two voices in the song here: The main voice and the
background voice. The first part goes with the main voice, and the second part
of this section seems to go with the background. Just listen carefully.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.9.S]: This song is one of the songs people get stuck on the most,
so you'd best be careful when playing this one.

First Section: This part is probably the hardest section of the song. Not only
is the beat a lot different from what it should be, there are a few tricky
groups as well. First, when there are doubles, you should always tap RIGHT
AFTER the first beat, as fast as you can. Secondly, the last group has 8 beats:
4 go with the words, and 3 you should hit during the pause between words. They
alternate too, so watch that. Finally, if you still can't get it, watch a video
on Youtube, and listen to the hit markers carefully, and practice a lot and use
the review button if you fail to find out where you messed up.

Second Section: This is the chorus, and is nowhere near as hard as the last
part. Most of the beats go with the singer, but some go with instruments
instead. Also, the beat is much more clear here, so it should be a lot easier.

Third Section: This section is, like most sections, split into two parts. The
first part is new, but goes with the singer the whole time, so you shouldn't
have problems if you can do those doubles fine. The other part is the chorus
again, almost unchanged from the last section except for where the beats are
placed, and a spinner to replace the last part.

Final Section: If the first section is the hardest here, this is a close
second. This section alternates between two types of groups: the groups that
go with the beat, and the groups that don't. Watch the groups that don't
carefully. They come in a pattern like this: group that does, doesn't, does,
doesn't, does, does, does. Then, after the dramatic shift in the music comes
a ton of phrase markers, then one final group of hit markers and the spinner.

Hard ROCK! [2.9.HR]: Hard ROCK! is the exact same as Sweatin', except the
beats are smaller, faster, and the beat positions have been flipped. Therefore,
I have just copied the Sweatin' strategy, changing any directional
instructions. The only thing you need to do is speed up your reactions to the
beats.

First Section: This part is probably the hardest section of the song. Not only

Breezin' [2.10.B]: At this difficulty, it's hard to not be tempted
to tap early. On later difficulties, however, it's a lot faster.

First Section: It's so tempting to tap early, so just watch the beats,
and try to ignore the music, it probably will screw you up.

Second Section: This part isn't so bad, however, you still can mess
up on some of those beats. Just keep watching those timer circles.

Third Section: This is just like the last two sections, so just watch
again.

Final Section: Wow, I hate this difficulty, at least it's almost over.
Here it's mostly phrases and a spin marker, so not as bad as the other
parts. Finally, it's over!
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.10.C]: This song has tons of hit markers, and lots of double hit
markers as well. Be sure to listen.

First Section: This section is split into two parts: The first is made almost
entirely of hit markers, with one for each syllable in a word. The second part
is just this almost the entire time: phrase, double hit, phrase, single,
phrase, single, phrase. This is also the chorus.

Second Section: This part is tough if you can't get the beat. The first part
has the same beats as the last section, except they are all either two, four,
or even six beats on the same spot! The six beat spot is tough, but it has the
same beat, so try to memorize it. The second part is the chorus again,
except the repeat is replaced with a spinner.

Third Section: This part, also split into two, is just like the others with a
minor difference: some beats are replaced by phrases (they replace 2 hit
markers each). Also, the first phrase in the chorus is preceded by a double
hit marker, and then a single.

Final Section: This is just like the second half of the second section, so
you shouldn't trip up if you've made it this far.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.10.S]: This song has TONS of double, triple, quadruple, and even
five-in-a-row beats!

First Section: The first part of this section isn't particularly tough, but you
should watch the numbers carefully, because there will be times when it will
be easy to hit the wrong beat, and also to watch for sudden pauses. The second
part of this section is the chorus, and it starts off with a triple beat,
followed by a phrase, which carries throughout the song, with slight variations
on how many beats in a row before the phrase. Before each repeat, there's one
group which has a double, then a quadruple (4 in a row) beat, then a single
beat, then a final double.

Second Section: This is also split into two parts, the first only being similar
to the first section's first part, while still being easy. The second part
is almost exactly like the first section's chorus, except for the spinner which
replaces the repeat.

Third Section: This is just like the first and second sections, except for the
first part is drastically shorter than the other two, and the group that brings
in the chorus has five beats in a row before the phrase, so be sure to count
them all!

Final Section: This section is very short, with most of the beats that normally
appear in the first two groups replaced by phrases. Also, there is a spinner
at the end as well.

Breezin' [2.11.B]: Ugh, I hate this song. And with so little beats, there's
nothing do distract you from this song. Well, let's get this over with...

First Section: All right, at least here, unlike Material Girl Breezin', the
beats aren't so vague, they actually go with the song. No trouble if you're
used to the game (which you should be by now).

Second Section: Ah, the infamous chorus which got the game that suggestive
lyrics part of the rating. This isn't too hard, just listen and watch, you'll
get these beats easily. Just watch the last two blue phrases, they can
sometimes screw you up.

Third Section: WHAT! The song just started during the cutscene, if you missed
it. Other than that nuisance, this is just like the first section.

Fourth Section: Half of this is phrase markers, and the rest are easy beat
markers that go with the song. Nothing hard here.

Final Section: Really, half of it is just the second section, the other
half is a VERY altered version of it, with next to all the beats being
phrases. Nothing at all, and congrats, you just survived through one TERRIBLE
song. (in my opinion)
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.11.C]: This isn't as painful as before, as you'll be concentrating
on the beats more.

First Section: Very simple. This section only has 2 beat groups, and they are
almost exactly the same, except the first three beats switch positions a bit.

Second Section: This is the chorus, and there are quite a few trouble spots.
First, there is one group that repeats, and it has three hit markers on the
same spot, twice. Make sure you only tap three times on each spot. Next, near
the end is a blue group, which goes: hit, phrase, hit, phrase. The hit
markers are out of tune, so hit them a bit earlier than you should.

Third Section: This is split into three parts. The first is the first section
again, only mirror imaged. The second is the part that was in the cutscene,
and it shouldn't be hard. The third is the second section again, complete with
the trouble spots.

Fourth Section: All I can say here, is listen hard. The beats are a bit
tougher now, so listen to the singing, and tap when you think you should.
99% of the time, you'll get it.

Final Section: This is the chorus repeated twice, but a lot different. First,
some of the beats have changed, like the 3 beats on one spot will be spread
out, but still tapped at the same time. Next, when the blue group that's been
giving you trouble appears, after the first phrase, the chorus will repeat.
Finally, during the repeat, the 3 beats on one spot will change to 2 beats
and a phrase, but only one time in that group. That group appears only twice.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.11.S]: This song actually has a good beat track for this
difficulty. Too bad I still don't like the song.

First Section: The groups in this section go well with the song, although this
section is quite short. The first two groups are repeated again, exactly the
same, except for an extra beat in the second group to fit the song.

Second Section: This section is the chorus, and the one thing you need to worry
about is tapping the wrong beat, since some of the beats switch places later.
Just watch the numbers carefully, and tap to the beat of the song.

Third Section: This section has two parts: the first is the first sections
beats again, except differently placed, followed by a few transitional groups
(which are mostly phrases) and the chorus. Most of the beats have been replaced
by phrases this time, so it's a bit easier this time.

Fourth Section: This section is new, and a bit tougher since it's not fully
synched with the song, so focus on the timer circles more this time. Also,
there's a quick spinner at the end of the section.

Final Section: This section can be tricky if you don't know what's coming.
The first time the chorus is sung, the 10th and 11th (or 8th and 9th, depending
on the group) have changed from this:
______________________
(6) (7) |
(9) (8) |
(10) (11) (12) |
______________________|
to this:

(8) (9) |
(10) (11) (12) |
______________________|
Basically, the two middle beats switch places, and that can easily screw you
up. Also, when the chorus repeats, these hit markers are replaced with mostly
phrases with quick hit markers in between. Also, there's a "cleverly" made
shape with the phrase markers and a spinner at the end.

Breezin' [2.12.B]: After all the crazy random things in this game, we get a sad
level with a slightly cheesy song. That's... odd.

First Section: This entire part is the same beat group: Phrase, tap-tap-tap,
and repeat.

Second Section: This part isn't hard either, as it loosely follows the lyrics.
Just listen and tap, you should get it.

Third Section: Be careful, I hope you didn't think it would stay easy. There
are some tricky beats that come a little later than you think. They're the
same 4 beat groups from the first section, except the last beat has a slight
delay. The second half of this is the chorus again, just like the second
section.

Final Section: Wow, this part is short. Just the same beats loosely following
the lyrics, followed by a star-shaped phrase marker. This is slower than the
others, so watch it.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.12.C]: The song has changed a lot, so don't screw up; you wouldn't
want to ruin the moment, would you?

First Section: There's a trouble spot you should be aware of: in one group,
there's a phrase, then three hit markers after. The first time, there's a gap
between tapping the first and second hit marker. However, when the part
repeats, the gap disappears.

Second Section: This is the chorus of the song, and only one part may trip
you up: the triple hit markers. Just make sure to count your taps, and only
tap 3 times there each time it comes up.

Third Section: This part is a mix of the first and second sections, along
with a part in-between. The first section hasn't changed much, except for
some of the 5 beat groups for the repeat of that one part have 6 beats, along
with all the usual problems. The part in-between has many double hit markers,
so be sure to only tap twice when they show up. The chorus is the exact same.

Final Section: This part starts with the triple hit marker groups, followed by
the star-shaped phrase marker again. This time, however, it's moving faster,
and has an arrow at the end, meaning you have to follow it back again.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.12.S]: This song gotten harder, so try not to underestimate the
difficulty of the song.

First Section: This section isn't too hard, since most of the beat groups are
the same as the first group. The general rule for this song is to tap
quickly when the beats are right next to each other, since there is usually
little to no space between the two.

Second Section: This section is the chorus, and actually isn't much harder than
the first section. Just don't trip up, follow the general rule I explained
in the last section, and you'll be fine.

Third Section: This section has two parts: the first being virtually the same
as the first section, followed by a few transitional groups to fit the change
in the song, and the chorus as the second part. The only difference with the
chorus is the last few groups, which you will want to watch the timer circles
for so you don't mess up.

Final Section: This section is really short, as it only contains the
star-shaped phrase marker and a spinner. This really shouldn't be hard at all.

Hard ROCK! [2.12.HR]: Hard ROCK! is the exact same as Sweatin', except the

Breezin' [2.13.B]: This song is a bit weird on Breezin', but I think you can
handle it. Note that some beats go with the guitar, not the singer.

First Section: Well, this isn't too hard. The only part to watch for is the
parts before he says "Let's dance", the beat taps are evenly spaced apart, and
so is the next group that comes.

Second Section: This section is pretty tough to not screw up on. The trouble
beats are just like the last, just slightly faster and longer.

Third Section: This is similar to the first section except for a slight lyric
and beat change, and it's nothing major.

Final Section: Just like the second section, not much more I can say.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.13.C]: This is much more upbeat now, like all of the songs.

First Section: Quickly tap the double hit marker, but watch the delay between
the two, then hit the triple hit marker. Also, take note the 6 beat red group
goes to the guitar riff.

Second Section: Just about all of the beats go with the words being sung, so
just listen to the song carefully.

Third Section: This is essentially the first section, but with major
differences. First, after the 3 beats that usually end the group comes another
hit marker, and a couple of phrases. Also, the 3 beats which are usually
triple hit markers are spread out the first time, and bunched together on the
repeat. Finally, the beats going with the guitar riff have extended, going
with the entire riff for a total of 13 beats in the group!

Final Section: There are minor differences between this and the second section,
but, other than the spinner at the end, they're hardly noticeable.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.13.S]: This song can actually be quite tough, if you don't know
what you're doing.

First Section: The one group that screws people up is the very first, which
just goes to the guitar, like this: tap, tap, tap tap tap tap tap tap tap...
That wasn't a very good description, but it's basically this:
_______________________________
      (1) (2) |
 (6&7) (5) (3&4) |
      (8) (9) |
_______________________________|
Now, this is how it goes: 1, 2, 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. There's no space between beats
past the 3rd beat. This group also appears once more during the section.

Second Section: This group has tons of phrase markers, and a few nasty beat
groups as well. The first group to worry about starts with this, and appears
near the end of the section:
__________________________
 (7) |
   (6) |
     (5) |
       (4) |
          (3)(2)(1) |
__________________________|
followed by this:
__________________________
                  (14) |
                (13) |
              (12) |
           (11) |
  (8)(9)(10) |
__________________________|
These beats have no space in between them, except for the small gap between
beats 1-7 and 8-14.

The second group comes right after the last group, with a small gap between,
and goes like this:
______________________
               (15) |
            (14) |
               (13) |
            (12) |
         (9) (11) |
      (8) (10) |
                      |
         (6) (2) |
      (7) (4) (1) |
         (5) (3) |
______________________|
There's no stopping between beats, so tap them in the right order. Also,
there's a quick spinner at the end after this group.

Third Section: This is the first section again, with a few big differences.
First, you start like the first section, but then you get the next group,
starting with a phrase, right afterwards, followed by a group going to the
guitar riff, like this:
__________________________
        (9) (11) |
     (8) (10) (12) |
                          |
        (6) |
     (7) (5) |
        (4) (2) |
           (3) (1) |
__________________________|
Then straight into the repeat of the first group, with a beat in front of the
phrase in the second group now, still coming right after the first group.
The last group in this section is still the same as it is described above.

Final Section: This section is almost the same as the second section, except
most of the beat groups have flipped (they're placed on the left instead of
the right), the second-to-last group described earlier has become the last
group, as well as it's beats being in slightly different places, and the
final group is replaced with a spinner.

Hard ROCK! [2.14.HR]: Hard ROCK! is the exact same as Sweatin', except the
beats are smaller, faster, and the beat positions have been flipped. Therefore,
I have just copied the Sweatin' strategy, changing any directional
instructions. The only thing you need to do is speed up your reactions to the
beats.

First Section: The one group that screws people up is the very first, which
just goes to the guitar, like this: tap, tap, tap tap tap tap tap tap tap...
That wasn't a very good description, but it's basically this:
_______________________________
      (9) (8) |
 (3&4) (5) (6&7) |
      (2) (1) |
_______________________________|
Now, this is how it goes: 1, 2, 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. There's no space between beats
past the 3rd beat. This group also appears once more during the section.

Second Section: This group has tons of phrase markers, and a few nasty beat
groups as well. The first group to worry about starts with this, and appears
near the end of the section:
__________________________
          (10)(9)(8) |
       (11) |
     (12) |
   (13) |
 (14) |
__________________________|
followed by this:
_________________________
  (1)(2)(3) |
           (4) |
              (5) |
                (6) |
                  (7) |
_________________________|
These beats have no space in between them, except for the small gap between
beats 1-7 and 8-14.

The next group after these is the last group in the section, and goes like
this:
____________________
       (2) (5) |
    (1) (4) (7) |
       (3) (6) |
         (10) (8) |
     (11) (9) |
         (12) |
     (13) |
         (14) |
     (15) |
____________________|
There's no stopping between beats, so tap them in the right order. Also,
there's a quick spinner at the end after this group.

Third Section: This is the first section again, with a few big differences.
First, you start like the first section, but then you get the next group,
starting with a phrase, right afterwards, followed by a group going to the
guitar riff, like this:
__________________________
     (1) (3) |
         (2) (4) |
             (5) (7) |
                 (6) |
                          |
         (12) (10) (8) |
            (11) (9) |
__________________________|
Then straight into the repeat of the first group, with a beat in front of the
phrase in the second group now, still coming right after the first group.
The last group in this section is still the same as it is described above.

Final Section: This section is almost the same as the second section, except
most of the beat groups have flipped (they're placed on the left instead of
the right), the second-to-last group described earlier has become the last
group, as well as it's beats being in slightly different places, and the
final group is replaced with a spinner.

Breezin' [2.14.B]: Alright, an actually fast moving song! Just watch, there is
some delay on some beats.

First Section: Wow, the beats go pretty well with the lyrics here. Just note,
some of the beats in the large blue beat groups have slight delay on them.

Second Section: Again, they go well, just watch, there's enough space between
beats to do that.

Third Section: This section's quite long, but there isn't much you can run
into now, since you have so much experience in Breezin'.

Final Section: Ok, this part is just the chorus, plus an extra new part. Only
thing I want to point out is, one group is an echo, but it's easy to hear,
so no problem.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.14.C]: Here comes a HUGE difficulty gap between Breezin' and
Cruisin'. Come prepared for speed.

First Section: This part is quite speedy for Cruisin', but there are two
points that can screw you up: in the second-to-last group of each repeat,
there is one small delay; in the first, it is between the 7th and last
markers, and in the second, between the 6th and 7th.

Second Section: This part is tricky if you don't know it well. Just be
prepared for the one blue group, the beats come quickly there, and it's hard
to record them. Just keep on your toes and remember the beats for later.

Third Section: This is a mixture of the first 2 sections with two extra parts.
The first section remains mostly unchanged; the part between the first and
second sections is what you should worry about. The green group's first beat
there comes immediately after the yellow group's last. Also to watch is the
end of the section. It is made up of tons of double hit markers, so make sure
to only tap twice on those.

Final Section: This part has one main beat group it sticks with almost the
entire time: phrase, double hit, hit, double hit, hit, hit. Also, the last two
groups go perfectly with the words, so be sure to listen there.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.14.S]: You're going to need to tap and spin like mad to win this
level.

First Section: The first group and second group of this section are the same,
followed by a different group, one long phrase, then it repeats all of these
once more. Just note, on the first blue group, there's a delay between the
7th and 8th beats, and on the repeat, the delay is between the 6th and 7th.
Also, on the repeat, there's one extra beat added to the first two groups.

Second Section: This is the chorus, and moves extremely fast! You start off
with a long phrase, then a few hit markers and another group. This is followed
by several very fast beat groups. A good rule for this part
is that closely spaced beats should be tapped one right after another, and
beats with larger spaces between them have a larger delay between taps.

Third Section: This section has 4 main parts: the first is similar to the
first section, but the beats are placed differently, with the delay in the
blue group between the 8th and 9th beats. The second part is new, but shouldn't
be too difficult other than the two triples. The third part is the chorus
again, with no real difference from the second section. The fourth and final
part of this section is new as well, but shouldn't be hard, as it is just
hit markers and phrases arranged simply.

Final Section: This final section is different from the rest of the song, but
you shouldn't have much trouble with it. A lot of it is just phrases, followed
by the same repeating group. The only group you'll have trouble with is the
last. The two groups before it aren't too tough, and the third is similar to
them, but keeps going with the same beat as the first 4 hit markers, which
makes the last 4 confusing since they don't go with the song. The last thing
to watch for is the spinner. After you finish that group and see the spinner,
spin like mad, since you only have a few seconds to get it to full!

Breezin' [2.15A.B]: I HATE this song on this difficulty. Some beats really
don't make sense, and I barely passed when I first played it.

First Section: First, if you've already watched the opening, skip it. However,
I suggest you watch if you haven't, it's pretty good actually. Now, onto the
song: this part is easy. Just listen, tap to the beat, and watch, there's
enough space between beats.

Second Section: THIS is the part I hate. Those double beats before the phrases
make NO sense to me, and it's hard to get the proper timing for the 4 hit
markers in a row. All I can say is, DON'T use the song to help you, just try
to pay attention to the beats so you don't tap early/late.

Final Section: Wow, this song is short. First, a new part that isn't hard to
get, followed by a spinner, the second section AGAIN, and then another
spinner. Not only should you watch carefully, but the second time he repeats
the lyrics, don't get caught off-guard by the spinner at the end.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.15A.C]: This is a large improvement over Breezin', but it still
has it's non-sensical spots.

First Section: Just about all of the beats, other than the phrases, go almost
exactly with the song. Listen to the syllables in each word, as each syllable
is usually a beat. Also, watch the guitar riff part, as you tap once when it
starts, and once again when it repeats itself.

Second Section: In this section, one group repeats almost the entire time:
hit, hit, hit, hit, phrase. What makes it difficult is you hit the first 2 in
a row, then hit the next two a half-second later, followed immediately by the
phrase. I suggest you remember it, it'll show up in the other 2 difficulties
as well.

Final Section: This is the second section again, except one part is attached
to it's beginning. The extra part goes with the beat exceptionally well,
and you shouldn't have trouble. The second section, or chorus, is a little
different though. When the chorus repeats, the second beat in the group
I explained above is replaced by a phrase beginning, and the third replaced
by the ending. It still will sound and feel the same, though.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.15A.S]: This song is very short, but it becomes a challenge if
you try to S-Rank it.

First Section: This section isn't very hard, and there's really only one group
you might need to watch you're timing on. It's the one that goes with the
guitar that has a double, followed by a triple. It might take a while to get
that, but that's all that's hard for this section.

Second Section: This is the chorus, and the hardest part in the song is here.
The first time the chorus is sung, it isn't very hard, except for the one group
you tap one after another, right before the green group. After the green group
is where you'll most likely screw up. After you hit that last beat in the
green group, you have to tap the first beat in the next group right away.
Then the chorus repeats, and there's no big differences to screw you up.

Final Section: This section has two parts: the first part isn't too hard,
as the beats go quite well with the rhythm of the song. Then there's a
spinner, followed by the chorus again. It's the exact same as in the second
section, except for the spinner that replaces the last couple groups.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.15B.B]: The infamous Jumpin Jack Flash, the song that easily beats
you on harder difficulties. Luckily, this is Breezin', so you can get a feel
for this song.

First Section: Yeah, a nice fast song! Again, watch the opening if you haven't
before. Now, this song goes well, and there's not much room for mistakes. Just
listen, and try to find the proper timer circles. Also, watch for the two
beats before those two phrase markers at the top of the screen that have
arrows: the second beat should be tapped a little later than you may think.

Second Section: This is just like the first section, except the end, which has
2 wavy phrases, instead of one with an arrow at the end.

Third Section: This is where most people break down. The first two groups are
simple, the next one is also, except there's a spinner, followed by a mirror
image of the last group, and then another spinners, then another group that's
mostly phrase marker, another spinner, followed by a tough, but not too tough
group, and a final spinner. Then the rest is easy, just note the double taps
replacing the arrow at the end of the two phrases.

Final Section: This isn't hard, it's similar to what you just did at first,
then gets increasingly demanding. Just keep tapping, and watch each new group,
as there will be more hit markers each time, spaced closer and closer
together. Also, the spinner signifies the end! Congrats, you just beat
Breezin'! Give yourself a pat on the back, then move onto Cruisin'.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.15B.C]: Here comes the first real challenge of the game. If you
thought anything beforehand was hard, this will be a nightmare.

First Section: First of all, after the first 4 groups comes the chorus, the
chorus is NOT the whole section. Now, the first and third groups go with the
words, and the second and fourth go with the guitar, and VERY well too.
Afterwards comes the chorus, which is made up of around 6 or 7 groups, most
being phrases, then a group similar to the 2nd and 4th of this section,
followed by a final group being 2 wavy phrases.

Second Section: This is almost identical to the first section with some minor
differences. First, the positions of the beats have changed, but the beats
still are the same. Secondly, during the chorus, some of the beats coming
before the phrase have been replaced, and the phrase just goes back again.
Finally, the 2 wavy phrases have been replaced by one very short wavy phrase
which repeats, then a full wavy phrase and two successive beats.

Third Section: This part is where most people will die. The first 2 groups
are just like the 2nd and 4th groups of both sections beforehand. The next
group looks like this:
__________________________
	(1) (2) |
		   (3) |
	(10) (9)(7)(4) |
	 (11) (8)(6)(5) |
                          |
                          |
__________________________|
It is followed by a spinner, then a group exactly like it, except coming from
the opposite side, then another spinner, and then this:

__________________________
	(1) (2) |
     (9) (10) (3) |
    (8) (11)	(4) |
     (7) (6) (5) |
__________________________|
That is followed by another spinner, then this reversed (beats go counter-
clockwise), another spinner, then the chorus again. However, one thing
has changed; after each phrase, a double hit marker appears. The chorus will
repeat after the second phrase.

Final Section: This part again, goes with the lyrics for the most part, except
for the last two groups, which is 10 consecutive beats, followed by a phrase.
The first one has a wave kind of pattern that goes up, down, down, up, etc.
The second is just the line on top, then back again on the bottom line.
After those, there is a spinner.

Congratulations! You've just finished the game on Cruisin'! Now Sweatin' will
be unlocked, and it's no pushover!
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.15B.S]: This is it, the song to end all others, Jumpin' Jack Flash
on Sweatin'. Hopefully, with my guide, you WON'T be stuck on it forever.

First Section: Here we go! This section starts off with a pretty quick moving
group, followed by one group which appears EVERYWHERE in the song:
_________________
   (2) (1) |
                 |
  (3) (8) |
 (4)(5) (6)(7) |
_________________|
It doesn't appear in this order every single time, but the beat is always the
same: tap, tap, tap tap tap, tap tap tap.
After this comes another fast moving group similar to the first, then this
group again. After that comes the chorus. It's mostly phrase markers, so it
shouldn't be tough. After four groups that go with the chorus comes a bit of
a tricky part; you need to tap the hit marker on top of the phrase, then
actually hit the phrase. After doing that one more time, be prepared for the
next section!

Second Section: This is almost the same as the first section, but there are
some differences. First, the first and third groups have been lengthened, but
the other two in-between have not. Then, after the chorus, which hasn't been
changed drastically, comes a pretty tough group. Note that these groups replace
the last group from before:
_____________________________
              (4) (1) |
       (7) (5) (2) |
     (8) (6) (3) |
                             |
  (1) |
    (2) (4) |
      (3) (5) |
_____________________________|
The top group comes first, then the bottom; however, you should hit them all
in succession (one right after the other). Also, there are two last beats
in a separate group right after these two, and they are also tapped in
succession. Be prepared for the next section, as this is where most people die.

Third Section: You'll start off with two of the one group I showed you in
the first section, except there's three new beats added to the end. Then
comes the first REALLY hard group that goes NOTHING like the song:
_____________________________
    (2) (1) |
                             |
        (12)(13) |
      (11)(9)(8)(5)(4) |
        (10)(7)(6)(3) |
_____________________________|
This is all tapped in succession, except for the first two beats. Then comes
a quick spinner, followed by another group:
_____________________________
    (1) (2) |
                             |
             (13)(12) |
      (4)(5)(8)(9)(11) |
       (3)(6)(7)(10) |
_____________________________|
This group is done exactly like the last, and is also followed by a spinner.
Then comes, surprise, another:
_____________________________
    (2) (1) |
                             |
         (8)(9)(11) |
       (6)(7)(10)(12) |
      (5)(4)(3) (13) |
_____________________________|
This is done exactly like the other two, and is, again, followed by a spinner.
And then, one last one:
_____________________________
    (1) (2) |
                             |
         (10)(9)(8) |
      (12)(11)(4)(7) |
     (13) (3)(5)(6) |
_____________________________|
Again, tapped in succession, and again promptly followed with a spinner.
Then, for a change of pace, the chorus appears one last time, except now, the
phrases have been shortened, and there are 3 hit markers following each phrase.
Other than that, the chorus goes the same as usual, except it finishes a little
earlier than usual. Try to get back as much of the meter as possible here.

Final Section: You're almost there! This stuff is new, so be on your toes!
The first two groups have 4 hit markers, followed by a phrase, 3 more hit
markers and another phrase. After that comes this (yes, again):
__________________
(10)(7) (6) (5)(4)|
 (9)(8) (1) (2)(3)|
__________________|
The group is slightly angled, so it looks different, but that's basically how
that first group goes. Like the others drawn out in the third section, you have
to tap in succession. This group is finished with a spinner, then another:
__________________
(4)(5) (6) (7)(10)|
(3)(2) (1) (8)(9) |
__________________|
This is tapped exactly like the last group, and also has a phrase at the end.
Then comes another one:
_______________________
(13)(14)(1)(4)(5) |
 (12)(15)(2)(3)(6) |
(11)(10)(9)(8)(7) |
_______________________|
It's tapped the same way as the others, but has no phrase at the end. And now,
for the last one (finally):
_______________________
  (8)(7)(6)(5)(4) |
   (9) (1)(2)(3) (15) |
  (10)(11)(12)(13)(14) |
_______________________|
Again, like the others, with no phrase at the end. Pause, get ready, then SPIN
for the last spinner!
If you've made it through all that, congratulations, you've just completed the
hardest song in the game! You've unlocked Hard ROCK!, which isn't much harder
than this, since it's just a flipped version of Sweatin'. But still, congrats!!

some differences. First, the first and third groups have been lengthened, but
the other two in-between have not. Then, after the chorus, which hasn't been
changed drastically, comes a pretty tough group. Note that these groups replace
the last group from before:

                  (3) |
             (5) (2) |
               (4) (1) |
                             |
       (3) (6) (8) |
     (2) (5) (7) |
   (1) (4) |
_____________________________|
The bottom group comes first, then the top; however, you should hit them all
in succession (one right after the other).

       (3)(6)(7)(10) |
      (4)(5)(8)(9)(11) |
             (13)(12) |
                             |
    (1) (2) |
_____________________________|
This is all tapped in succession, except for the first two beats. Then comes
a quick spinner, followed by another group:
_____________________________
        (10)(7)(6)(3) |
      (11)(9)(8)(5)(4) |
        (12)(13) |
                             |
    (2) (1) |
_____________________________|
This group is done exactly like the last, and is also followed by a spinner.
Then comes, surprise, another:
_____________________________
     (13) (3)(4)(5) |
      (12)(10)(7)(6) |
         (11)(9)(8) |
                             |
    (1) (2) |
_____________________________|
This is done exactly like the other two, and is, again, followed by a spinner.
And then, one last one:
_____________________________
      (6)(5)(3) (13) |
       (7) (4) (11)(12) |
        (8)(9)(10) |
                             |
    (2) (1) |

(3)(2) (1) (8)(9) |
(4)(5) (6) (7)(10)|
__________________|
The group is slightly angled, so it looks different, but that's basically how
that first group goes. Like the others drawn out in the third section, you have
to tap in succession. This group is finished with a spinner, then another:
___________________
(9)(8) (1) (2)(3) |
(10)(7) (6) (5)(4) |
___________________|
This is tapped exactly like the last group, and also has a phrase at the end.
Then comes another one:
_______________________
  (7)(8)(9)(10)(11) |
   (6)(3)(2)(15)(12) |
  (5)(4)(1)(14)(13) |
_______________________|
It's tapped the same way as the others, but has no phrase at the end. And now,
for the last one (finally):
_______________________
(14)(13)(12)(11)(10) |
 (15) (3)(2)(1) (9) |
     (4)(5)(6)(7)(8) |
_______________________|
Again, like the others, with no phrase at the end. Pause, get ready, then SPIN
for the last spinner!
Congratulations, you've just completed Elite Beat Agents! What to do now, you
ask? Go for S-Ranks, and try to attain the Agent Rank "Lovin' Machine"!

Bonus Episode 1: Believe [2.B1]
------------------------------------

Mission: Aspire! Dancing to the Limelight!!
Difficulty: 4 stars
Tier: 2 (if already unlocked on an earlier difficulty)
Target: Amanda Straw
Age: 26
Sex: Female
Random Info: Still loves country music.
Agents' Dance Move: They move from side to side doing hand motions, then turn
around and move side to side, then face you again and end pointing at you.
(This one was hard to explain...)

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.B1.B]: This is the first bonus song, and you won't
come across it until you come back to Breezin' and play it. Then,
you'll have to beat it when you get to Tier 2 on harder
difficulties in order to move ahead.

First Section: As usual, watch the timer circles and tap when you
should. This shouldn't be too hard, seeing as you probably already
beat Breezin'.

Second Section: This is a little tricky, as the time you have between
beats is quite small for Breezin'. Just watch and tap, the beats
actually kind of go with the tune.

Third Section: This section is divided in two by a spinner; the first
half is mostly phrase markers, and the other half is part of the
second section.

Final Section: This part is somewhat like the second section, with
the same small window between beat groups. Just watch and be prepared
to move your hand faster than what the song says it should.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.B1.C]: The song isn't much harder, so you should be able to easily
beat it.

First Section: First of all, watch the phrases. They're probably slower than
you'd like. Secondly, there are a few beats that come RIGHT AFTER another,
so you have to be prepared when they come along. Other than that, it's easy.

Second Section: This is the chorus of the song, and isn't difficult at all,
since half the section is spent with phrase markers. You shouldn't trip up
here.

Third Section: The first part is simple, and should cause no problems. The
second part is the chorus again, with one minor difference: instead of the
long phrase, you get four beats that go with the synthesizer(?), just like the
phrase. The two parts are separated by a spinner as well.

Final Section: This could trip you up if you aren't paying attention. This
is basically the modified chorus from the third section, but you need to pay
attention to one particular group during the chorus' first play, and it goes
like this:
______________________________________
                (1) |
               (2)(3) |
                           (4&5) |
        (8&9) (6&7) |
______________________________________|
As you can see, there are 3 beats in a row, followed shortly by 3 double
beats, each with a small pause between them. Just ace this and the spinner,
and you're done.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.B1.S]: This song isn't hard, but you'll most likely have to do it
to advance since you probably unlocked it earlier.

First Section: This section isn't tough, as most of the beats are consecutive
beats or are phrase markers, and it all goes with the song. Shouldn't be hard
at all.

Second Section: This section is the chorus, and shouldn't be too hard since
most of it is phrase markers anyways. The chorus repeats once in this section,
and is exactly the same as when you first did it in this section.

Third Section: This section has two parts to it. The first is new, but the
beat is somewhat similar to the first section. A spinner appears, then the
second part, which is the chorus. There are a few differences between this and
the second section, however. First is beat placement, which isn't too bad.
Second, it doesn't repeat. And thirdly, the last two markers have changed a
bit, so watch those.

Final Section: This is the chorus again, and has a few major differences from
the other two. First, the one phrase that used to go with the synthesizer has
been replaced with a phrase that goes with the echo of the word "love".
Second, some of the group's phrase markers have been replaced with hit markers.
Finally, there's a spinner at the end.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Hard ROCK! [2.B1.HR]: Hard ROCK! is the exact same as Sweatin', except the
beats are smaller, faster, and the beat positions have been flipped. Therefore,
I have just copied the Sweatin' strategy, changing any directional
instructions. The only thing you need to do is speed up your reactions to the
beats.

First Section: This section isn't tough, as most of the beats are consecutive
beats or are phrase markers, and it all goes with the song. Shouldn't be hard
at all.

Bonus Episode 2: ABC [2.B2]
--------------------------------

Mission: Here, Kitty, Kitty! Baby Hijinks!!
Difficulty: 6 stars
Tier: 4 (if already unlocked on an earlier difficulty)
Target: Max
Age: 5
Sex: Male
Random Info: Smells like apple pie. Reason unknown.
Agents' Dance Move:

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.B2.B]: This song isn't hard, it just gets confusing with all the
timer circles on the screen at once. It's also a bit faster paced than others.

First Section: Nothing too hard, but when it gets to the chorus, try to focus
on the timer circles you need to focus on. You should've already played
Cruisin', so this is nothing.

Second Section: This section is almost the same as the first, except for the
two phrase markers before the chorus as well as the last part, which has
a slight change in lyrics, but almost the same beats as the chorus.

Third Section: This section is almost entirely made up of the same beat group,
so once you get the timing down, it's easy. Also, the last group is the same
as the 6 beat groups in the last 2 sections.

Final Section: This section is HARD if you are trying to get perfect 300. The
first two groups are the same 3 beat groups as in the chorus, except the first
adds two somewhat off beats to the end, and the second adds one. The next
group is a 6 beat group, followed by 2 phrases, and then a repeat. Just note,
the last group goes with the girl's singing.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.B2.C]: This song isn't hard, but it isn't a cakewalk either.

First Section: This part isn't too hard, however, it is quite slow, so you
have to watch even more than if it were fast. Just make sure you don't tap
too early on a beat.

Second Section: This is almost the same as the first section, except with a
few beat changes to fit the lyrics. This time, make sure not to tap the wrong
beat. (which has happened to me...) And again, don't tap early.

Third Section: This part isn't too hard, as there is a lot of repetition in
the beat groups. Just watch carefully, and don't slip up.

Final Section: This part is split into two parts: the first part goes with the
background voices singing the chorus, while the second part goes with the main
voices. These two parts alternate twice, as in: first part, second part, first
part, second part. Also, watch the final beat group carefully, it could trip
you up on an S rank if you aren't prepared for it.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.B2.S]: This song is actually a bit tough now, and moves pretty fast
too, so be on your toes.

First Section: This part isn't too hard, if you can do consecutive beats. There
are tons of them here, along with quite long phrases. The actual hard part
is when the song goes to the chorus. You need to move QUICKLY, otherwise
you'll miss a few beats. There's also one part where you'll have to move your
hand across the screen as quickly as possible to tap, so be prepared for it.

Second Section: This section is nearly identical to the first, except for there
are a few added hit markers and groups near the beginning and ends. The chorus
is also here still, so be prepared for it.

Third Section: This section is different from others, for the most part. The
first 3 groups here are identical, followed by 3 more groups identical to each
other (but different from the last 3), followed by one group from the chorus.
Shouldn't be hard at all.

Final Section: This section is simple. The beats go with whoever is singing
overtop the others, simple as that. You shouldn't have any trouble with it.

Bonus Episode 3: Survivor [2.B3]
-------------------------------------

Mission: The Last Laugh! Just a Peanut Matter!!
Difficulty: 7 stars
Tier: 6 (if already unlocked on an earlier difficulty)
Target: Jake Irons
Age: 36
Sex: Male
Random Info: Plays bridge with old ladies at retirement homes.

_______________________________________________________________________________
Breezin' [2.B3.B]: This song is HARD on Sweatin', but since it's Breezin',
it's nothing you can't handle.

First Section: These beats should be tapped to the music, unlike so many
Breezin' songs. You should already be at Sweatin', so this is nothing.

Second Section: The beats are almost the same as the last section, so if you
didn't have trouble there, you're in the clear.

Third Section: The first half is simple, as the groups are all the same except
for the last, and the second half is the chorus again.

Final Section: This is also split into two parts: the first short part is just
phrases, and then 3 hit markers leading back into the chorus. Note that they
repeat the chorus here, and then end with a spinner.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Cruisin' [2.B3.C]: This song can be tricky, since the beats speed up and slow
down, which may cause you to tap either early or late.

First Section: This section is split into two parts; the first can be a bit
tough, since there are pauses you wouldn't expect. The second part is the
chorus, and it can easily screw you up since it moves much faster, almost at
Sweatin' speed.

Second Section: This is similar to the first section, with changes to both
parts to fit the lyrics. The changes to the chorus are the worst, with large
spaces between beats which can easily screw you up.

Third Section: This section is, like the others, split into two parts, and the
chorus is exactly like the first section, thankfully. However, the first part
of this section is almost as bad as the Sweatin' part here. Not only are there
pauses when you expect beats, the last group before the chorus is pretty bad
too. It goes: hit hit hit hit, hit hit hit.

Final Section: The first part here isn't tough at all, but then the chorus is
repeated twice, first as the second section's version, then the first section's
version, finished off with a spinner.
_______________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________
Sweatin' [2.B3.S]: This song is FAST. And I mean it. You'd better be faster,
or you're DEAD. Seriously.

First Section: This is the part where most people die. Just as a small pointer,
every second group has a phrase as the 5th beat, and the 5th beat group has
more beats than the others. There are lots of consecutive beats here, so you'd
better be able to do them well. After the shift in music comes the chorus,
which you should use to regain the meter, as it's quite easy, but nothing like
what you just did.

Second Section: This section is similar to the first, but has its differences.
First, this section is substantially shorter. And while every second group
still has a phrase on the 5th beat, the other groups have phrases as well,
though in different places. Then comes the chorus again, which is different
from the one in the first section, but is still a good way to fill the meter
if you need to.

Third Section: This section is a bit more challenging, but it shouldn't be
too hard once you get the hang of it. The first 3 groups are the same, starting
with 5 consecutive beats, followed by 3 more after a small pause, as well as
a phrase and two more coming right after. The fourth group is just 7 beats
strung together vertically across the screen. After that is the chorus from
the first section.

Final Section: This section is probably the easiest. The first two groups are
very similar to the ones from the third section, so you shouldn't have trouble
now if you didn't before. After that comes the chorus. Twice. Once for the
first sections chorus (and it's repeat) then the third section's chorus. The
repeat for the third section chorus is replaced with a quick spinner.

3. Multiplayer
======================

---------------------
Single Card [3.1]
---------------------

Single card play is fun when you grab a couple of friends that
don't have the game; however, you're limited to 2 difficulties:
Breezin' and Cruisin', and you can only use 5 songs: Y.M.C.A,
Walkie Talkie Man, Makes No Difference, Material Girl and La La.
From what I experienced, however, the load time are
perfectly manageable, and take about the same time as other great
games like Bleach and Metroid Prime: Hunters.

Single Card play is also limited to one Multiplayer mode, VS. Player. You both
play the same song, and try to fill the stars at the top. A Beat gets half a
star, and an Elite Beat gets you a full star. Once filled, the other player(s)
beats shrink, which gets annoying and it isn't too much fun if you get a pile
of Elite Beats, meaning first-timers may be turned off by this.

These limitations really make this single card experience very
lacking, and are probably only there so that the other people
will buy their own game and the developer gets more profits.
Either way, it's a good distraction, but not a full blown multiplayer
experience.

---------------------
Multi-Card [3.2]
---------------------

Thanks to Bolt_Storm for at least some info on this.

Multi-Card is essentially like Single Card, except for one major difference:
All songs are playable. Also, you now have the choice of 2 modes, the VS. mode
with all the songs, or Co-op mode.

Co-op works like this: the song is split into parts for each section, and one
of the players will tap to a certain part. Parts that are not that players
will be grey, and some parts are played by both. The Elite-O-Meter is also
shared, and you and your friends will have to try to stay alive together.

-------------------
Vs. Ghost [3.3]
-------------------

This isn't exactly a multiplayer mode, but I guess they put it there anyways.
This mode has you playing against a saved replay of any song in a game of VS.
Player. Note that you can keep one for each song. Also, other players can send
you their replay data, and you can try to beat it.
If you have replay data for that song, it will be deleted, however.

To share replays, go to Options > Replay Data.

------------------
Scenarios [3.4]
------------------

Each song is paired up to a certain scenario, which is used in each multiplayer
mode. They are as follows:

The Renaissance Kitchen: Makes No Difference, Canned Heat, ABC, Survivor

Triple-Dribble Basketball: Sk8er Boi, Y.M.C.A, Jumpin' Jack Flash

Universal Idol: Rock This Town, Material Girl, You're the Inspiration, Believe

Axemaster Olympics: Walkie Talkie Man, Highway Star, The Anthem, Without a
Fight

Battle of the Aces: I Was Born To Love You, September, La La, Let's Dance

4. Extras
=============

----------------------------
Beat Agent Ranking [4.1]
----------------------------

When you first start the game, you will be at the lowest rank,
Trainee. As you finish stages, the high scores will be added
to a total score. As your total score rises, so will your rank.
For your total score to rise, you must get a high score on a stage,
then the difference between the original and the new score will be
added to the total. For example, say you got 100,000 points on
the first stage. That means your total score is 100,000. Then,
if you go back and do it again, and get 150,000 points, the
difference, 50,000, is added to the total, meaning a total score
of 150,000 points.

To check your rank, go to Options -> Rank.
The ranks, from highest to lowest, and the scores needed, are:

Lovin' Machine (80,000,000)
Five-Star Commander (50,000,000)
Hero's Hero (35,000,000)
Legendary Agent (25,000,000)
Four-Star Commander (20,000,000)
God of Groove (15,000,000)
King of the Beat (10,000,000)
Three-Star Commander (6,000,000)
Captain of Soul (3,000,000)
Master of Dance (1,500,000)
Soldier of Song (400,000)
Trainee (begin game with it)
