Digimon World DS is such a cool game.  Your a Tamer that accidently stumbles into
the Digiworld. It basically pokemon, but a lot better in my opinion.  Digimon
always had that specail place in my heart when I was a kid, so when I found this
game, I fell in love with it.

So the game starts with a big intro with plenty of text for you to read, much
like most RPG games start off.  After all of the big long text intro you finally 
get to choose your own Digimon.  THere's a choice of three here.  I choose the
little pink one, Koromon, simply so that i could get the dragon type Digimon,
Wargreymon. So once you've chosen and nicknamed your digimon, watch yet another
cutscene, telling you to go back to the room you came from.  So head on up to
the East of the room.  Here you need to watch yet another cutscene.  Ok so now
you have your first task to becoming a Bronze Tamer.  Head all the West until you
return to the town.  Hop on to the Blue portal to go to the Data Forest.  But
first Terriermon talks to you about using the portal.

The checklsit above shows you which digimon you an get the scan data for in the 
place that your in.

Ok so your first task is to gather enough scan data to make a new digimon, so
that you will get your first Digifarm.  When you control of your character again
follow the path around to the exit to the north.  As you do there is another
cutscene, in which two digimon are getting attacked by another digimon.  You step
in to help them, only problem is, this is your first battle!  Read the 
instructions that come up on the screen and start the battle.

Ok so that was a pretty easy battle.  During the cut sceen one of the digimon
will give you the scan data for a Poyomon.  Sweetness, task complete!  You'll get
a call of Azulongmon.  So head back to Digi-Central and check out your new farm.

So we now have our very first digifarm! Get in there!  Digifarms are really cool,
as this is where you convert all of you Scan Data into Digimon. I'll write a 
section on Digifarms later when I have time.  OK so while your here, convert your
Poyomon into a Digimon and move it into your party.  Once this is done, Azulonmon
calls to give you another task.  Let go back to Data Forest Via the blue gate.

Second step towards becoming a Bronze tamer, not bad.  Before you start looking
for Gabumon, I suggest that you get you Digimon up a couple of levels, and find
some more scan data for later on in the game.  Level five should be fine, since
you learn Frothy Spit at that level.  When you get it, save it for later on and
carry on doing this task.

Ok this is again another basic task.  Since there is only one rout that you can
follow, follow it to the West.  Again on the second screen just head to the
western side of the screen.  On this third screen head south, west and then
North.  When you go north you will find Gabumon stood there, panicing.

After talking to Gabumon head north on to he next screen.  You also need to go to 
the North enterence here.  But before you do you should open the chest and get a
'Revive S'.  Now exit onto fifth screen.  On this last screen you need to head 
to the west and then east.  Here you'll see something shining on the floor.  Go
over and pick it up.  ogremon will then challange you, saying that the item was
his.

Ok Ogremon is the first boss that you will defeat on this game, which means that
he should be easy.  Which is quite true, especially if you have Frothy Spit and
MP to use it.  Just keep on hitting him with Frothy spit, Thats the only 
stratergy that I needed.

After defeating Ogremon, head back to the place where Gabumon was.  When you give
him the novice blade, he says that you can keep it.  Cool, a nice shiny weapon
for a Digimon.  I equipped it on my weakest Digimon at the minute, Poyomon.

After the short cutscene you need to go back to central again.  

Now you can come back here and get even stronger digimon when you've left here.
The digimon with '*' Next to them only appear after doing this.

First thing that you should do when you get back is to go to your digifarm.
After the cutscene there you have a new task to do.  Get Calumon a Digicake,
which he saw in Training Peaks.  If you have any new Scan data, then you should 
convert it straight away.

Next thing that you should do is go to the far West and enter the building
there.  Since an Angemon is so cool i suggest you buy something to increase the
Holy Exp.  Which is the Phonograph.  Talk to the guy in the farm shop that is 
straight in front of you and buy it.  Now its time to get that Digicake!

Ok so before I started in this dungeon I made sure that i had at least one Rookie
on my team, and it made this area so much easier!  In fact I had three at this
point: Agumon; Gomamon; and Goburimon.

So this task is in a new place, eh?  That means new Digimon are available.  One
that I recommend getting the scan data for before you carry on with the task is
 Tokomon, which eventually Digivolves into a Angemon.

So once you have the data, head on up the ladders and follow the  path around 
until you reach the exit on the far east of the screen.  Now on this screen
follow the path to the area with theitem on the floor.  Thats your cake, yummy!
Watch the cutscene and head back to digi-central.

So now were back at Digi-central, again.  Now its time to do some running around!
Return to your farm with the Digicake for calumon.  Then convert the scan data
into a Tokomon and install the Phonogram that we bought earlier on.  then train 
Tokomon (and everything else if you wish) in the Holy attribute.  Next talk to
any Digimon for you quests.

This one is a really simple one.  First of all head towards the farm shop. 
outside their is a guy without a Digimon.  This is the trainer, so talk to him.
He tells you that his Digimon never returned from Data Forest, so go there and 
find him.

While your in Data Forest you may want to get the scan data for Digimon that you
haven't got yet, especailly Goburimon, as it digivolves into some nice champions,
check them out in the Digimon section below.

ok so head to the second screen and you'll see the Digimon pacing around.  When
talk to him he joins you, although he isn't on the battle screen and doesn't
fight for you, until you take him back to the trainer.

So go back to the trainer and get the autograph.  After that go back and talk to
the Digimon to give it the autograph.

|Quest 2|
o=======o

Ok, again another simple quest for you to complete.  Talk to a Digimon and accept
the quest, then leave the Digifarm.  Once you've left you Digifarm go to the
tamers union and head to the west exit.  When your in this room talk to the
female tamer stood in front of the Agumon.  This is who dropped their Digivice.

After talking to the tamer return to your Digifarm and talk to the Digimon that
give you the quest to complete it.

This is the final quest that you can do for the moment.  Again talk to a
Digimon and you'll get the quest.  Go into the main room in Tamer Union and talk
to the girl in the centre of the room.  When you return to your Digimon you both
talk about KingEtemon.  Before you leave, if you have 30+ Holy Exp with Tokomon
or Patamon, put them in your reserve Party.  If you do this it will get Exp from
the battles.

Now we finally get to explore the whole of Training Peaks.  Before you start to 
explore make sure that all of your Digimon are at least at the Rookie level, 
It'll make this dungeon so much easier.

I don't think that I need to explain how to get to the same place that you find
the Digicake at, so I'll Just skip it.  When you get to that point, follow the
path around till you get to a set of ladders.  Climb down them.  When I got down
them I started to encounter some new Digimon.  Carry on round this path and
you'll enter a new screen.  Here follow the path till you have a choice to go up
some ladders or to go to another screen.  Choose the screen and go get the 
chest, which contains Card key, which you'll need in a moment.  HEad back to the
last screen and go up the ladders.  Follow the path around up the set of ladders
and then around and down the next set and to the exit at the bottom.  In this
next screen take the ladders up and follow it around to a set of doors and more
ladders.  Take them up and follow it around to the dropping ledge and press A to
hop down.  Take the chest with the Fire robe a in it.  Equip it on your weakest
Digimon.  THen go to the doors to unlock them, but only if you have the keycard, 
if you didn't get it, shame on you, go back and get it.  Follow the path around
you'll find black Agumon.  Get ready for a boss battle!

You got then rookies ready?  Good, they'll make this battle so much easier.  But
even with them its still a hard battle.  BlackAgumon takes little damage.  As
with Ogremon all you need to do is use your attacks that have the most effect,
and heal if you need it.

After the battle you'll get a new weapon, Sharp sword.  If you have a dragon type
Digimon, then equip it to it.  After defeating him you'll be teleported back to
Digi-cental.

Yeah| Your now a Bronze tamer.  You get a new Digifarm for free, and can now have
a total of 4.  So choose what sort of farm you want it to be and name it.  Next
Ebonwumon will give you a task that will knock you up to a Silver tamer - Find
Phil.

Ater you gain control again, return to your digifarm.
