Unlock ALL weapons and unlimited ammunition for Celia

Complete the game as Celia (the Magnum and Rocket Launcher will not have unlimited ammunition).

Unlock ALL Weapons and Unlimited Ammunition for Allen:

Complete the game as Allen (the Magnum and Rocket Launcher will not have unlimited ammunition).
