where do i go to duel banner after i beat titan the 2nd time

I beat titan the second time and I know prof. Banner is in the haunted dorm but I don't know how to get there

Get to levle 19 thats what I did

Go to level 18 and then shepard will tell you that alexis is missing and then at night you will go to the place were you have beaten titan and you will find the 7th shadow rider
