The villians will come around 1-3p.m. So don't do anything at that particular time...once that villian comes, do a social power. Then you're done!!

how do you do the social power. every time i try, it doesn't work... please help

You have to earn them by going to parties or digging in the dumpster. Then you can use them or just use cheats. You can also use them for money like you can earn 1,00 just by selling 5 blastkisses.:-)
