Question for The Sims 2: Castaway

I am stuck on 20% of the game. I need to craft the fire for the chef but I can't do this until I have completed ms gardeners quest I believe (To get the spade) The gardener wants the nutrients, I have to get these from the doctor but she wants a Green curry in return. But I cannot trade with the chef yet as I have not crafted his fire (because I need the spade from ms gardener. Guys please help me I would be so greatful because Iā€™m really stuck been playing for weeks šŸ˜‚
