There are two areas where you can go deep sea fishing - basically the two places where you go diving. The freshwater lagoon and the diving area next to the shipwreck.
At the lagoon, tap on the big rock towards the back, right to go POLE FISHING.
At the place near the shipwreck, tap on the big rock over to the right to go POLE FISHING.
