fishing pole/ hammer

I can't seen to get the fishing pole and or the hammer. Anyone that can help I thank you in advace.

You need 2 get the hammer handle from the doc and you get it by trading and then you need a rock (?) or somethin like that 2 complete it. I can't help you with the fishing rod coz I havent even got it!
