Well this is what happend to me I went up to the sundeck and defeated him as the rat thingy once, he flys off then four other robots come so you destroy them, than alfred comes back so you defeat him again, then once again he flys off and sends down a another four robots, then alfred comes back down this time you really do defeat him. So all you have to do is defeat him three times and 2x4 other robots!
