I've defeated all 3 robots in the town but I did not get a mission completed message! What now?

well usually theres supossed to be more robots on the sun deck if so keep killing them and eventually well... u beat the game

when your done ratticating the robots you have to go talk to ms. hogg (in the pink skirt) that will compleat the mission.

After defeating 3 robots you should find mamma hogg and talk to her. After that, optimum alfred goes to the hotel lobby and become angry

Well actually try going back to mama hogg and you will see that she says the ratticator has done it again!
