I cannot get through the fog or find a slavage arm. Also, how do I dig??

Before going through the fog, you must go to Molida Island to get the clue to get out. The shovel can be found on Molida Island in the cave. You must first talk to people before entering.
The salvage arm can only be bought after the Wind Temple from Eddo's Garage. You should also get a letter being informed about the salvage arm being out.
