First you must need to see sandy at the jellyfish fields under the bridge and she will teach you the super strength.
You have to see sandy in jelly fish fields so she can teach you super strenth.and then use the circle in front of patricks house to use it.
Go to the jellyfish fields and find sandy for super strength and use it to clear the box
First go to puff to give her your homework. She will then tell you to clear 20 bubbles at the boating school. After you do that she will accept your homework and reward you with two tickets. Take the tickets and give on to pearl and one to patric. Patric is at the residential District after the car crash. He will tell you that sandy is waitingfor the karate practice. Go find sandy at jellyfish fields under the bridge and she will teach you the super strengh. Then you will be able to go to Squidward's house and clear the path with the strengh pad in front of Patric's house.
