How do i get slowpoke? How to level up togepi easily.
I went into slowpoke cave and can't find one. I also have no idea how to get surf. I want to level up togepy to battle the Pokemon stealer but I can't get togepi high enough cause it takes so long!

Here's some help:
1. Slowpoke can be found in Slowpoke Well, either by walking in grass or surfing on water. The easiest way is by surfing on water. However, you can still find on by walking in grass. It will just take a little longer.
2. HM03 (Surf) can be obtained from the Kimono Girl in Ecruteak City.
3. You just have to keep battling with Togepi. The more you battle, the more Togepi will Level-Up. It might take long, but it's actually the quickest way.
