profile change
We purchased a used game from GameStop and are wondering how to delete the previous owner's profile so my son can start the game over and save it under his own profile. Help!

On the title screen, press Up B Select. It'll ask you if you want to delete all data. Press yes.

I just wanted to thank you for the info on how to reset a used ds game... we just purchased one Pokeman829 answered:
When it does the intro about places and trainers and everything, afterwards there should be a screen with a Lugia flying underwater with it. On that screen, press Up, Select and B at the same time and it should pop up with a blue screen. It will say: Do you want to delete your game? Say yes. "Once you have deleted the file, there is no way to ever get it back" Say yes. It should delete the game. It may take a while but it's worth waiting for. Then it'll do the intro again and you'll have a new game!
