I just caught a Krabby in my Pokewalker, and transferred it to my Soul Silver Game, But for Some odd reason It was Lv. 12, and it knew "Crabhammer". I then looked it up in my gameguide to see when it learns crabhammer, and according to the pokedex, it shouldn't know crabhammer until Lv. 41(Lv. 58 when it becomes Kingler) I checked to see if it was a TM, HM, Egg move, Battle Point move or a Move Tutor Move, but I got Nothing! So, exactly how did Krabby know "Crabhammer" at such a Low level, and how do I go about teaching it to him the next time I find a Low Level Krabby?

In all honesty, this is just the magic of the Pokewalker. If you catch a pokemon in the Pokewalker, it'll have better moves, better stats, and probably better hold items than a pokemon that you just caught in the wild. The only way to duplicate these effects is to catch another Krabby in the Pokewalker.
That means you caught yourself a rare. It happens all the time on the pokewalker ^^ gratz
