i have three questions !
I have beat the game in soul silver and heart gold, were to ( if there are some ) the items to evolve magmar and electabuzz also how do you get lapras ( sorry if spelt wrong ) and lastly does anyone know when Pokemon black and white come out :D I'm so excited for the games !!!

To answer your first question you can get the items to evolve Electabuzz and Magmar. The Electirizer can be found on wild Electabuzz. Electabuzz can be found on Route 10 or in the Safari Zone with the special items. You can also get the item from the Pokewalker course Amity Meadow after walking 2,550 steps or more. For Magmar the Magmarizer can be found on wild Magmar who can be found in the Burnt Tower or Safari Zone with items. I think a Magmarizer can be found on Cinnabar Island as well. You can also get it from from Amity Meadow after walking 2,500 steps. For question number two Lapris can be found on Fridays in Union Cave, you'll need a Pokemon with surf to get to it. For you last question Pokemon Black and White should be out next year most likely in the spring though the release date hasn't been announced yet.

The item (Magmarizer) to evolve a Magmar can be found on Cinnabar Island. The item (Electrizer) to evolve Electabuzz can be found in Cerulean Cave.
On Fridays, you can find Lapras in Union Cave. No date on the games yet.
