I now know how to get dalga and how do I dounlode the mission to ranger net

I think you need WIFI CONNECTION.

Ray use small caps please.

As ray said you need a wifi connection, if you don't have a wireless connection you can find some around the place you live, like shops schools, hotels

Go to "ranger net" on the main menu and connect to nintendo wi-fi connection. Select "seek new missions" or something like that, and select "dialga in hia valley" mission, then download it. Go again to the ranger net and select "play new mission", select extra missions and click on dialga in hia valley mission to play it. Hope this helps!

The Dialga and Palkia special missions are in the Special Missions catagory in Ranger Net. You need WiFi Connection to be able to obtain these missions.
