How should I capture Mew, whenever I have full partner energy and I use discharge ( your partners attack) Mew just flies off the screen and if I do hit him/her Mew is on the edge of the screen, so I can't paralze it.
Is there any other Pokemon I should use?

You can use Ghost Assist to make it freeze or Bug Assist to trap Mew then circle it as fast as possible. Water Assist or Grass is also a good choice.
Well I havent done that yet cause I am only a 8 star ranger but a really useful one is a ice freezing it it really helps kl
Using bug type Pokemon is hard try catching Shedinja in the place near the relic and then when you see Mew go to him and use Shedinja(I tried it,it works).
