i need advice about my team please
Ok I am stuck in the destortion realm and I have to defeat cyrus once again but my team isnt strong enough to defeat him can anybody please suggest a recommended lvl for my team of: infernape lvl 43, tangrowth lvl 38, quagsire lvl 31, staraptor lvl 42, yanmega lvl 46 and riolu lvl 28. Please help

I'd say you should get some rock and ice Pokemon or at least rock or ice moves. Level up the ape and quagsire to at least level 50 and you should have no problems with Cyrus. Level up Riolu or replace it with something stronger, something electric would do wonders during the battle, too.
