what is the first lvl of togekiss.
What is the fist evolution of togekiss and where would I get it. Also what lvl does the first 1 evole to the second 1. And lastly the second 1 to the 3rd 1.

The first one is togipi and it eveloves when you get it's friendship up as high as you can go. The 2nd stage is togici and it eveloves when you ues a shiney stone to get a togikiss

First it is Togepi and you get it by rescuing the Bike Manager from The Eterna Galactic Building. Then Cynthia will give you a Togepi Egg. The second one is togetic and the Togekiss but I have no idea what level they evolve at.
