Migrate from Pokemon Ruby, Pokemon Sapphire, Pokemon Emerald, Pokemon Fire red, or Pokemon leaf green.
Use the Pokeradar on various routes.
Keep the GBA games in the slot and see wild POkemon at various routes.

Trade for event Pokemon b/c I don't think you can find about 10 Pokemon all are legendary or use a action replay. Thats about all you can do to complete it.
