Sory but you can't see it, not my idea though. You just keep going to the man who gives you it and thats how you keep seeing it.

You get to see it when you see all the sinnoh Pokemon and you get to see a different one when you see all the national.

Meet all the Pokemon in Sinnoh and he will give you a certificate. The only way to view it is to talk to him again.
