I've just completed the sinnoh pokedex and now I have national
I've heard about arceas and want to catch it WITHOUT cheating. I heard there was a game that gives you a flute to catch him. Is there one?
Also, is there a way to get darkrai and shaymin without cheating

You need to go to a Toyr 'r' us event witch they may not have I went to all 3 in my town

You have to go to a Nintendo Event, Azure Flute for Arceus, Oak's letter for Shaymin, and the Member's Pass for Darkrai. You can go to Nintedo.com for upcoming events and where they are.

The only way to obtain those three Pokemon without an Action Replay is by going to a Nintendo Event and obtaining the three event items. The Azure Flute for Arceus, Member's Pass for Darkrai, and Oak's Letter for Shaymin. You could also use an Action Replay to obtain these.

For phione, it's the baby of manaphy and you get manaphy by going to an event w/ Pokemon ranger, then transferring the egg (of manaphy) to d/p and hatch it.

Arceus isn't obtainable legally yet. There will be an event of it because of the new Pokemon movie, though. For darkrai & shaymin, you could also try the tweaking method to get darkrai and shaymin. Be careful, because the tweaking glitch is dangerous. It screwed up my diamond game(it freezes whenever I start playing). Tweaking glitch explanation video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YRKPj4tcybE

And, for phione, get a manaphy and breed it with a ditto. As I said before, you can get one on the Pokemon trading forums.
