On the east side of Canalave City, there's a house with a guy called the "move deleter". He can make your Pokemon forget any kind of move, even HM moves (if it isn't your pokemon's last move). Hope this helps.

There's a guy in Canalave City, I can't reember which house, but look in all the houses and he will remove any move from any Pokemon for free

You need to find the Move Deleter. The only way to get rid of HM moves is to ask him to remove them.

There is a place in Canalave City where you can get rid of HM's and other moves.
He is in one of the bottom houses on the right side of the city.
