How the hell is this green guy in the pokemart and what market is he in

The "green guy" is the Mysterey Event guy, he gives you Mystery Event items and pokemon. To make him go to any pokemart, you have to have Mystery Event activated and be at Mysterey Event (a party for Pokemon sponserd by nintendo) or use a Action Replay. The Action Replay is your best choice.

He only visits you if you have a manaphy egg,mystery gift, ect.

Once you have done an event and you get that Pokemon he'll be there and it doesn't mater he will be in any pokemart you go in.

The green guys delivers the content of a wonder card(store give away,special Pokemon,specials key items and the likes)if you get a wonder card or use a ARcode he will be at any pokemart

He only in the pokemart when you get a mystery event you ca also get him by using either the azure flute, oak's letter, or Members card from him by using an AR code
